I would recommend this company to everyone! They were fast and efficient, arrived when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards and explained everything carefully and completely. They also explained all aspects of the pricing and there were no surprises. Their service technician was extremely professional and explained everything. Extremely happy with the outcome of my home project. Definitely will be using them again and referring this to family and friends.

I wasn’t getting power to my outside plugs. They didn’t have GCI buttons so I thought it was something else. He found the GCI plug that controlled the plugs in my garage. He could have charged me for a service call……but he didn’t! That means a lot to me.

Avoid CW if you are looking for reliability. Had a scheduled appointment, they rescheduled my appointment and then did not show. No courtesy call, non- responsive on text throughout the weekend. Received a text (copied directly ) “Looks like you were a no-show on Friday. We won't have availability until 11/20 or 11/21.” Then a follow up phone call from someone who was curt, not taking responsibility & told me to find another company when I expressed my frustration that I sat at home all day Friday waiting on their technician. Instead of apologies, she hung up on me.

John and Johnnie were efficient, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Their expertise and the quality of their work gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend! Our household will definitely be using them again.

Tyler and Kyle were friendly and quickly assessed the problem with the light kit on the dining room ceiling fan. They replaced the kit and even helped find the correct bulbs for our dimmable switch.
Also Brandon gave us time saving and money saving advice on the initial call before anyone even came to the house. I will call Echo again for our electric needs.

Johnny and Kaylan did a great job for us adding multiple interior and exterior outlets, bath fans with outside venting, LED can lights and new switches. They were professional, diligent and were persistent to get it done. We will call Echo Electrical Services for any future electrical work.

This is clearly a well run and knowledgeable shop. I had them out three times in a two week timespan and it was easy to communicate and schedule with them.
On the first visit, Tyler and Kyle worked on a circuit that has been giving me problems for months. They were thorough with testing, patient with all my questions. They made some modifications and got it working.

After that experience, I scheduled them to run new/dedicated circuits for our microwave and fridge. Tyler came out with Chad and got this work done very efficiently. I was happy that they were able to offer solutions that were effective without opening up the walls. I was happy to have the options shared before work was executed.
Unfortunately, the circuit from the first visit had the same problem but Chad got it to work again. Sadly, that circuit tripped again the next day so I called them back one more time to do a deeper dive. Tyler and Kaylan came out and worked through more options and we landed on running one additional circuit for the GFCI to separate it from the other outlets and avoid a lot more trouble shooting and/or opening up walls. I actually waited a week to post this review just to be sure that the problem is solved and I’m happy to say it’s all working great now. I am grateful for them finally fixing this annoying issue and definitely recommend them for electrical work. I hope we do not need them any time soon, but will call them if we do.

There is a reason all their reviews are 5 star. Brandon and his team do a great job every time. They have done multiple project for me (small to complex) and each one is 5 star quality. They are not the cheapest but they also cut no corners and do what they commit to do. To many shady contractors out there that are a hassle to deal with and cut corners. Not so at Echo, they are the real deal. Thanks team

Echo Electric recently repaired several inoperable lights in my house and my electrical panel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. When I called to inquire about a quote, I left a message and Brandon got back to me almost immediately. He was very thorough in explaining potential solutions to the problems I was having, and was able to give me this information just by looking at my home inspection and pictures of the panel and light fixtures. When the electricians came out to do the work, they were on time, professional and very courteous. They made sure to explain everything they worked on in detail and kept me informed of their progress throughout the process. They were in and out in about an hour, and did a great job. At the end, they went over my invoice with me and explained all the charges, which were priced very fairly.
I greatly appreciate the transparency and honesty of this company. Also, the professionalism and timeliness too. Especially after using a different company for other electrical work that tried to use scare tactics and then kept jacking up the price of everything while being vague about what those costs were actually for. That is definitely not the case with Echo Electric, as they are a company built on quality work and integrity. We will be using them for all of our future electrical service needs as well as recommending them to everyone we know who is looking for an electrician.

I have used Echo electric for many years now and they have always been honest and do excellent work at a reasonable price! They are my go to for any electrical work needed at our home, rental properties and when we had our small dog boarding facility. The most recent work were performed by Tyler and Kyle, our first time to work with these new employees and they both were very professional and friendly to work with!

Echo Electrical has recently performed 2 services for me. One involved adding a 220 volt line for a new HVAC unit and the other adding a 110 volt line for a water leak detector. The journeyman, Francisco, and his assistants, Alex and Kaylan, were very professional and hardworking. Very quality work.

I have used Echo Electrical several times and will continue using them. The company provides great service, and the techs add the extra touch of educating the do's the don'ts and the rights and the wrongs of electrical installations. Chad and Kyle provided that quality service today! They arrived on time, listened to my concerns and got to work solving the issues. They checked the home outlets and power box and reassured me all was okay. The outdoor lighting system (installed by another company) was a concern to me, and I asked them to check the electrical wiring. Chad explained in detail what the problem was and suggested options for replacing the system with appropriate and safe wiring. Kyle did the grungy work of digging up the wiring in my garden and I was very impressed and grateful at how he put my garden back as it was showcased. A company that respects and values my property and safety is a company that has earned a loyal customer!

After the ‘great Texas freeze’ we invested in a whole house generator- with temperatures soaring we asked the Echo Electrical Services team to come out and do a check-up on our system to ensure seamless power transition.
They (Chad and Zak) came out this morning and did a thorough check up - made the necessary maintenance ‘tweaks’ to ensure we are ready for the summer. Great knowledgeable, professional service - they are our ‘go to’ team on all things electrical!

Chad and Kaylan arrived promptly when they were scheduled. They installed a beautiful wood light fixture (made by Chad!) and a dimmer in my dining room along with some miscellaneous other jobs of changing bulbs and bolting a pole. They were quiet and respectful of the fact I work from home. I think they left my floors cleaner than they found them. Very knowledgeable and the owner, Brandon even came by to ensure satisfaction! Highly recommend this company!
