If you want to be petty and rude, don't advertise your business while doing so. Wouldn't recommend, highly unprofessional.

Our HOA used this company and there were a lot of complaints about incomplete projects and delapidated common areas that were paid for.

Had a leak on my water line and Prime came out and fixed it in a very timely manner and was very reasonable.

Our HOA hired them to maintain common areas. Work contracted was either not performed or was performed poorly.

When you’re exiting 380 those double white lines are there for a reason. That means you don’t cross over those!!!!! Learn how to drive.

Labors do whatever they want with drivers theirs no leader on the company period every labor wants to do whatever With the driver

Totally unprofessional. I dont care how busy you are its common courtesy to at least call and advise the client youre too busy to work with them.

Almost got hit by one of their drivers today while they pulled put of QT eating an ice cream cone. At first the driver was making a left in oncoming traffic then almost rammed into my 1yr old and 4yr old and I. If the drivers are on drugs and allowed to work forget hiring crazy people like this. I took a picture of i could post the picture i would.

They are the worst drivers and customer service mowers in DFW. They damaged my car blowing rocks and debris and I got it on film. Don’t hire these fools

We have been a Prime Landscaping customer for 3 years and we are still a Prime Landscaping customer because of who they are, and what they've done for us over the years.

Have we had quality problems - some - but none that they haven't jumped on and solved to our satisfaction.

Unfortunately we had to terminate our agreement with Prime in early 2020 because of their staffing problems and their lack of predictability servicing our account.

Caveat Emptor with this sprinkler company. My landscaper arranged for this company to come to my house to raise the sprinkler heads for a tiny backyard (zero lot line home). No only did they miss 6 sprinkler heads buried under mulch (the company's workers did not take the time to investigate) the settings watered the fence and the house instead of plants. Furthermore, I could not really communicate with the workers as they did not speak much English, leading to them incorrectly adjust my sprinkler control box settings. The price for their 40 minutes of "work" An invoice for $600.00. Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give them zero stars as a rating option, I would.
