Kyle with Empire Heating and Air, LLC was very polite, personable and professional. He came the same day as the call, trouble shoot the unit, and returned three days later to install the new AC unit for my shop. I recommend them highly.

Fast and thorough! I appreciated the quick scheduling. They recognized the importance of our issue with the current heat advisory and scheduled with us same day! Our house is cool again

My AC stopped working at 5pm Friday I called after hours at 6pm. They came at 715pm. Amazing response time, knee what was wrong with in 10 minutes. Knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I really appreciate their help. Highly recommend to anyone that needs ac fixed fast and well.

Kyle does an excellent job in diagnosing problems and thoroughly checking on all components of the equipment. We are so pleased that we are now part of their yearly maintenance plan.

Kyle and Empire Heating & Air are top notch professionals. Had them out after a new install from another contractor didn't go as planned. Kyle took the time to diagnose the issue and get the heat and a/c running like it was intended. Since then I've had them back to straighten out and hang my duct work in the attic and blow in insulation.

Real happy with the professionalism. The gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were going to do. They answered all our questions and pointed out what some of the parts did. Minimal disruption of the household. They cleaned up the small amount of trash and dirt that came off of the old unit. Besides the excellent service, they showed up a day early. They called before coming out to make sure they were not interrupting any of our plans. Fair price, great service and veteran owned. Kylen was absolutely fantastic! Professional and very thoughtful and thorough! I was very pleased with the work he accomplished and the price also ! My problem wasn’t easy and it was a bigger than expected job and Kylen kept a smile on his face and worked through every bit of it. And the final bill was a lot more reasonable than I would have been charged elsewhere! Very fair and pleasant people to work with ! Thank you!

Kyle Henry with Empire Heating and Air, came to my home on a Friday evening, evaluated my issues, explained the situation and what he was going to do to correct them. He was very knowledgeable and fair. Empire is now my heating and AC go to. If you have any kind of issues with your heating and air conditioning, give them a call. Empire will do a great job.

My air conditioner went out late one evening, and I was worried I'd be stuck without it all weekend. I called Empire Heating & Air around 8 PM, and to my surprise, the owner, Kyle, was more than willing to fit me into his schedule the very next day. He arrived at my house around 8:30 AM and had my A/C unit up and running within an hour! I’m so grateful for his quick response, professionalism, and willingness to help on such short notice. Highly recommend Empire Heating & Air to anyone needing fast and reliable service!

If you want a company who is honest and trustworthy Empire Heating & Air is for you. They came to inspect a couple different issues we're having and not only provided solutions, did the repairs, but didn't take advantage of me either. In addition to that who wouldn't want to support a veteran owned business. Its the one way we can continue to thank them for their service.

Kyle and Jarred were very thorough in their work. Everything was explained completely so I could understand. All work performed was approved by me prior to performing. Work area was left clean. They were very kind and respectful. Will definitely use again going forward.
