Had the Hargis electrician out that quoted me a price of $750 to put in 3 floodlights. When I told him that was extremely high, he charged $89 fo him coming out. Needless to say I would never call them again

Called on Friday afternoon. Jason was here within the hour. Found a Breaker had gone bad. Also installed a surge breaker in the electric panel that we inquired about.
Very happy customer.

Hats off to Jason and Colton for their professional work with hanging our 2 new ceiling fans. Becky and I look forward to doing business with Hargis again with some other problems we have. Many thanks!

I’m highly disappointed this time the guys came out and said “I don’t see anything wrong” well I still don’t have power,obviously there isa problem..I paid a hundred bucks for that evaluation?? I could’ve done that…what’s worse is they did that to my mother once also..they came out and got my new cookstove running so I did like their service

Jeremy and his apprentice came out the same day we called and got to work right away. He was very knowledgeable and narrowed the problem down very quickly. He got our power back on at a reasonable price. We will definitely call Hargis Electric again if we need more work done. Thank you, Jeremy!

They arrived on time and gave me a quote without breaking it down into parts and labor, I asked for a breakdown and for replacing 2 outside lights without any wiring was $500.00 for 1 hour of labor.
That is ridiculously, ask for a breakdown and they will reluctantly give you one.

I called the business at 10a and they had technicians at my house by 12:30p. Very professional and quality work. We will definitely be using Hargis again for any future work! Jason and Kolton were pleasant to deal with also, I appreciate they explained everything to me in terms I understood.

We went by Hargis with an electrical problem in our home thinking with it being the week of Christmas we likely could not have anything done until after the Holiday. They had two electricans to our house in less than an hour. both were totally professional,efficient. :They quickly fixed our problem and at a more than fair price.
I will definitely use them again.

My house lost power in half of the house. We were blessed that a fire didn’t start. The issue was with the wirings in the attic. I must say these reviews do not lie. Called at 8am the electricians were here by 8:45am. Both electrician’s were knowledgeable and very courteous . By 9:30am the job was completed . Thank you!!!

This company is amazing from Tyler the service manager to the 2 young men who came out to fix our problem. They were punctual and very polite. I would recommend Hargis Electric to anyone who needs electrical services.

Called Monday AM. Jason And Jose showed up right on time at 1.00. We discussed job, they went and worked up a quote. I accepted and asked when they could do the job. They said Right Now.
About 2 hours later they were finished. Went over what they had done and explained it all very well in a way even I understood.
Polite, Friendly, Professional . I will definitely use Hargis again when needed

Tyler the manager came out to assess next business day, provided a few options and a very accurate quote, and got me on the schedule in a hurry. Jason and Rino came out and did a great job.

Had a problem on Saturday called and left a detailed message. Also sent an email with all my information. My husband just had a stroke and I have a big property so I’m pretty stressed out trying to find someone to come help me. I read the reviews and it seem like everybody was pretty quick to get out and help, the secretary called me this morning, which is on a Monday morning. I’m not sure what was going on with her. But I had to repeat my address six times on the sixth time I did say ma’am I said my address 6 times now. I think that must’ve upset her because then she said I don’t have anything available today and I’ll call you tomorrow to set something up Then I was very displeased and said I thought we were making an appointment and she just kept saying I misunderstood her Usually, when you make an appointment, they give you a time when I said that she said OK I have tomorrow at 8 AM. I did say that’s a little early because I’m giving my husband 24 hour care after a severe stroke but then I said OK that’ll be fine. She said hold on very abruptly and put me on hold and then somebody else picked up the phone and said can I help you very unfriendly? I did explain that when you have a business it’s very unprofessional to just drop a call and get back on with somebody else saying can I help you and making the customer start all over. She got an attitude and said ma’am don’t yell at me. I definitely was not yelling and I’ve noticed a lot of people do now they say yell if you possibly barely raise your voice being retired military I always find it funny when people say I’m yelling. It’s just a way to deflect anyway I would have to say sounds like an amazing company, but the women answering the phone definitely need to go. I had a lot of work to do. And a lot of future work to be done this company lost out on a lot of money because of their unprofessional secretaries I did ask to speak to a manager, and that was not done. Needless to say I did lose my temper Left a few words out there before I hung up. I do apologize, but I’m already stressed out all weekend. I couldn’t get in my panel box.box I left a detailed message with my address and everything she even kept asking me for my phone number instead of just looking for it herself we spent almost 5 minutes, giving her my address and my phone number. Definitely do not recommend especially if you’re stressed out and just need a little help Most of the reviews are about the workers. I’m sure they’re great. Electricians we own a business and if I have an upset customer, I want to talk to them. I don’t want Employees making it worse. I was actually recommended this company from a really good friend of mine The reviews sound great. It makes it seem like they can get right out to you. But I’m pretty sure because I said ma’am, this is the time I gave you my address to become unavailable to help me Telling me she’ll call me back tomorrow and let me know when they can come out never heard of such a thing

From the phone call to describe my outage all the way through to the "Thank You!" for a job well done, Everyone was pleasant and professional.
I "Googlied" electricians in my zip code and contacted them in the order they came up (as long as the reviews didn't negate doing so). After five others, I called Hargis Electric.
Until Hargis, I was given available schedules ranging from tomorrow afternoon through NEXT Thursday!
The gal that answered the phone asked me to hold for a short time and then came back with I'll have someone there before close of business today. THAT was the schedule I was looking for.
And, two technicians were knocking at my front door in about fifteen minutes.
I showed them the "issue" and they got after it like they not only knew exactly what the problem was, but like they do this type of repair often.
My over-all score for Hargis Electric LLC is
a hard 5 out of 5 stars (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
