While they were not available to help me, they provided two recommended area plumbers.

The first time I used them, they were wonderful. Now two years later, the lady who answered the phone was unhelpful and a little short with information. I will try again, but hate to use them again if that's the customer service I am to expect.

Rude secretary, she hungs up and goes silent when you call trying to book.

Called for an estimate, I was told that they only do by e -mail then I was told that they were 3 months out on their getting to me. WOW! It must be nice to have that much buisness so my question is why bother to advertise?
