Reviews of local pros in Paris, Texas

Called and asked if they can do a service on one of my units at work. Told him I was located on Clarksville St., he kept saying “there’s one Lamar”. I confirmed there was but I was located on Clarksville St and asked if he understood he said “yes” and that “they weren’t interested” and hung up.

They have wonderful customer service at R @ R air conditioning. They are very polite and know air conditioners. The technicians are very trustworthy and know how to repair ac units. I will refer all my friends and family to them for any ac service and repair. They are the very best Lamar County has to offer.

Angie was super helpful in my conversations about what my home needed when it came to HVAC needs. Thank you so much!

I live quite a distance away from R&R and have been using them for years. They have always performed beyond expectations - whether it was a service / maintenance call or when it was time to replace my old HVAC with a new one. Robert and his team go out of their way to try and accommodate my schedule, even after hours. They are reasonable, professional, honest and truly care about customer service. I would not use anyone else.

I had company arriving before they could replace my upstairs a/c. Wade got 2 window units and installed them so the company wouldn't need to cancel. Can't say enough good things about R&R.

Very polite and professional cost is very good. they even came out on a Sunday to diagnose my air conditioning. thank god it was just wiring that needed replace after i weed wacked around the unit . Will call for his help again.

They had exactly what I need and sold it to me. Easy, pleasant interaction. I appreciate that they didn't try to force me into a service call like some other places in town.
