Mitchell was knowledgeable, arrived on time, had a great attitude, and did a thorough job sweeping our chimney. We really appreciated his honest advice about how often our gas insert should be inspected. Our installer, Richard, was also very patient in answering all our questions during the first couple of winters. The technicians clearly have years of experience, and it shows in the quality of their work. We’re glad we called On Target Chimney Cleaning!

I have used On Target Chimney Cleaning to sweep my wood stove pipe for several years. Before that, I had a really bad experience with another local company, so I was a bit nervous. But when Hayden came out for the first service, I was so impressed! The first time, he cleaned the chimney from the top down. The next year, I asked for Hayden again and he did a bottom-up sweep. Most recently, he did another bottom-up clean, and his assistant got up on the roof to check things out and take pictures. No matter if it was top-down or bottom-up, Hayden always left my place just as clean as when he arrived—didn’t leave any soot anywhere! The care and attention to detail makes this the only chimney sweep service I’ll use. I recommend them to family, friends, and anyone who needs their chimney cleaned. Just a tip: try to book in the summer to avoid long waits.

Absolutely the best! Mitchell has an amazing passion and knowledge for everything related to chimneys and fireplaces. Follow up: We had a chimney sweep company come out to maintain our fireplace here in Pasadena. They did a much more thorough job than the last company we used. They didn’t just wipe down the glass—they removed the logs and carefully checked that everything was working right. Wesley did our service and showed that this company really cares about customer service and keeping fireplaces in top shape, not just installing them. My husband and I are so happy with our new fireplace! We wish we could give more than 5 stars! From choosing our fireplace to the installation by the team, every part of the process was handled with real professionalism and attention to detail. We’re very pleased with the great work!

I called a few places but didn’t hear back from anyone, until I reached out to On Target Chimney Cleaning. Hayden and Richard were quick to respond, listened to our concerns, and made time to come by the very next day. After a careful inspection, they found out that our chimney liner had been installed the wrong way by a previous company, which could have caused some serious problems. The whole team did a fantastic job when they came out to take care of our chimney in Pasadena. During our annual chimney sweep and inspection for our gas fireplace, they found some serious water damage inside the chimney that needed fixing, along with some repairs to the roof right next to the chimney. Even though the final cost was a bit more than the first estimate because of the hidden problems they discovered, it was worth it. Luke and the rest of the crew showed up on time every day, kept us updated on what they were doing with lots of pictures, and always cleaned up the work area so well that our patio looked even better than before. Everyone was friendly and made sure we were happy with the work. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of chimney sweeping, repairs, or fireplace services.

Last year, I had my old wood stove swapped out for a new airtight insert in my fireplace. I rely on wood for most of my heating, so I wanted the job done right. The crew was great—they worked carefully and paid close attention to detail. While they were cleaning my chimney, they noticed some masonry issues and took clear photos to show me what was needed. At the time, I couldn't get the masonry fixed because of the price, but the team told me they'd follow up with me.
