Pool vibes plastered my old pool and they did an amazing job, they were all very friendly and responsive to phone calls and text messages.

I needed their “pool school” appointment and found the gentleman very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and they can take care of everything from chemicals to maintenance!

This company does not have the technical expertise necessary to care for your pool. After 3 weeks of telling them my pool pump was left turned on by their service representative but not primed, no action was taken. Letting a pool pump run, unprimed will ruin the pump. It is also a sign that something else is wrong with the pool. These guys did not diagnose the problem and left the pump running unprimed each week. These are sure signs that they do not know what they are doing.

We initially hired Pool Vibes for their Green to Blue service to help us treat an algae bloom. After 3 treatments ($160 each) the pool had not improved. The only recommendation they gave was a full drain/clean which was estimated to be $1400. After significant work on the pool, my husband and I were able to get it blue again. We tried Pool Vibes weekly service and while they were providing the weekly cleanings (which have a guarantee to keep the pool algae free) we had another algae bloom. There were times when we checked the chlorine levels of the pool and there was virtually no chlorine present. We once again put in significant work and got the pool blue again. When we canceled services, I spoke with a manger or owner. I explained my frustration with the pool, lack of communication, and the cost of the services without results. He was somewhat condescending while explaining pools to me and refused to refund, implying that I would want to hurt a small business by asking for money back on a service that was not completed well. He also said that we should have been doing work on the pool, during the green to blue to help it along. This was never communicated despite my asking for information throughout the process. He again recommended the $1400 service and I asked if they would provide a discount. He said he would look into that and send me a quote. That never happened. This was my first experience with a pool service and I am so frustrated and disappointed.

Don’t get trap on this company. At the beginning, they act like reliable company. I set up a 1st service with them for my house. They told me the tech will be there to clean up and the service for month-to-month. The technician arrived and did everything without my notice and just left the house with the service log. I didn’t realize he was at my house until i call them and asked at the end of the day. I am not happy with there service at all. I called 2 different companies come out to check my pool. Both of them told me the service technician put a lot of chemicals in my pool. I have to flush at least half of the pool the be out of chemicals. I aslo received an auto quote from Pool-Vibes for service my pool at $1400 w/o my notice. Guys if you want to save your money. avoid this company with all cost. They will put a lot of chemicals for pool during their serivce and charge you later to clean it up. I called to complain about this. Company told me I have to submit the claim within 24hrs after the service. I will guarantee about my review and have all documents to prove this company bad service. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Hired to replace a pool filter. Expensive and not worth the extra cost due to issues with the work they did and an unprofessional attitude.

I want to thank you for responding to my review. I want to ensure that potential customers have the full story.

I chose Pool Vibes based on the reviews I read in Google. I was very surprised on what a terrible experience I had with these folks when I hired them to replace a pool filter. The next morning when the pool filter started up, massive amounts of air bubbled out of the pool returns. I inspected the newly installed filter to find the connection on the inlet was leaking water. I called the company to explain the problem. They knew right away the problem was a rubber o-ring that seals the connection they had worked on earlier. They said they would come out that afternoon to fix the issue.

Later that day, two people showed up, the co-owner (I think) and a technician. I watched the technician unscrew the connection, replace the o-ring (probably a $5 part), reconnect and start the pump. It fixed the problem and I thanked them for completing the work. At this point the co-owner turns to me and says, “now I have to charge you for this!”

If I had to guess, this company had probably made around $500 above the parts cost ($1380 total for a filter replacement). It’s odd they wouldn’t replace a $5 part to ensure the new filter makes a watertight connection to the system. The co-owner continued to demand additional payment claiming the o-ring that seals the filter connection is billed as a separate job and isn’t part of the filter replacement. I explained they never told me it would be an extra charge and it’s probably worth replacing the o-ring when they change a filter if it’s a common cause of leaks. He said he was trying to save me money by not initially replacing the o-ring. After a slightly-heated back and forth discussion and a phone call back to the office, they decided to let it go.

They never mentioned they were going to charge me when I called for them to come out and fix the leak (that didn’t exist prior to their visit), no cost estimate, no mention of any payment of any kind. This should have been a routine job with a call-back to fix a small issue that wasn’t a big deal and everyone walks away happy.

I hadn’t planned on writing a poor review. However, on his initial visit, the co-owner handed me old the metal ring that seals the filter housing together and tells me to keep the old part because it’s expensive and can be reused if the new ring fails at some point. I thanked him and kept the part and placed it next to my filter. After Pool Vibes' return visit, the spare metal ring disappeared. I called to ask if they mistakenly took it and they said they would “look into it” and call me back. They never got back to me.

Pool Vibes has done an outstanding and professional job with my weekly pool maintenance while I was out of town for several weeks. I will continue to call on them for service when I am unable to do it myself.

I first heard about Pool Vibes at Glacier pool store. I was ready to have personal at Glacier teach me how to keep up with my pool because I was frustrated with several cleaning pool companies, they were either a bit more expensive or bad service.
Pool Vibes was at Glacier and they were so willing to help me get my blue again. Pool Vibes prices are reasonable that I decided I would hire POOL VIBES to clean and keep my chemicals as they need to be.

Called Pool Vibes after getting the runaround from my original pool builder on an issue with my pool pump. I also had some broken tile on my coping that needed repaired.

Pool Vibes came out to fix the tile, however due to the way the tile was broken, the fix didn't take and the tile pieces did not stay attached.

I called them expecting to have to fight to get the tile fixed. Instead they were very pleasant and apologetic. I decided it would look better to replace the entire tile instead of trying to reattach the broken pieces.

They were very prompt in coming back out to do the work. They did a great job fixing the tile and credited the cost of the first call out to the final repairs. This was quite refreshing to find a company that takes pride in making sure the job is done right.

They also got my pool pump up and running with no issues.

I will definitely call them for any future pool issues/repairs.

Pool Vibes was great from the first day we met with them! We wanted to install a pool in our backyard. They stayed connected as the process started and Trini, Project Manager, was also attentive to us during the process. We are very happy with our beautiful pool! This company is the best!

After much frustration with other pool services, finding POOL VIBES has been AWESOME. Their response to any problems or issues has been positive, quick, and very accurate. My pool looks way better than it has been a very long time. I especially appreciate the follow-up with cleanings results immediately after each week's clean, as well as any problems. Their staff offers friendly, helpful services each time I call.

We have been with Pool Vibes since fall 2021. We get weekly cleaning, had our filter cleaned, and had our pool pump replaced by them. We are replastering our pool this spring and are considering them for the job as well. Chris cleans our pool weekly, Liza is our consistent point of contact for scheduling education and billing and Trini taught us Pool school when we initiated business with them (he taught us the fundamentals of our pool and even allowed me to video it with my phone for my reference). So far we have had no problems and the prices are fair.

During our first year with them, Liza l, Trini and their daughter, Layla , even hand-delivered a Christmas gift one evening.
