Worst type of electrical service work ever.

Called twice told me they would call me back . never called back . Called the third time told me someone would call me back . Still have no received that call

Exceptional workmanship and attention to detail overall great service

I can’t believe this company has five stars. I had a relatively emergent electrical issue, and they were scheduled to come out early Monday morning. I even took a day off of work to meet them at my house. By 12pm, no one had shown up, so I called them. The receptionist told me a guy named “Pedro” would call me. Well, it’s 4:00 pm and Pedro never showed. I took a day off of work and waited all day. I’ve never hired someone who just didn’t show up. Completely disrespectful and a waste of my time! I do not recommend!

I bought a new house a few months ago and had many different contractors. These guys are my favorite so far! Super professional. Came on time, made sure their work was quality and cleaned up after themselves.This time around, I added an EV Charger in my garage and they were on time and did a clean installation and works fantastic.

This is a SCAM, do NOT use this service. I fell for the SCAM, this is not a real company. They trick you in to paying for the services, but they do not deliver. I've been told many times a manager would call and email me, but no one has. I suspect no manager exists, I have been robbed of my time and money. The 5 star reviews here are probably from bots!

They said it would be $250 for someone to come out for a quote or $99 for a subscription service and somebody would come out to inspect and give a quote.

I was promised a quote in the middle of May and now it's June! I have called multiple times and was told a manager would reach out to me, but no one has reached out. Every time I called I verified the manager had my correct contact info., but no one has called or updated me. The quote was going to take a couple days, but it has been weeks.

I needed a quote to negotiate my first home purchase, but I never received the quote promised.

I called the subscription company for the nth time to cancel and get a refund. The lady says the process has began and I would get it in a couple of days. I WILL WAIT AND SEE.

During the last call I had they said to hold on the call while they track down the manager. Customer service told me the manager claims they are catching up on work and still working on the quote. The manager not once has given me an update or returned my calls for weeks. I work in the aerospace industry and never has a quote taken more than three days (welding, machining, 3d prints, cable/harnessing), NEVER WEEKS.

I've had many electrical companies come out and do work for me. Ways Diamond Electrical Services is by far the best electrical company. They are punctual, reliable and the best thing is that they actually know what they are doing. I've had 2 different electricians have done work for me but I usually get Nike who is great. If you call, ask for him. That's who i can vouch for since he has done most of my work but, I'm sure they are all just as professional.

Diamond Door Electrical Services provided outstanding service! The electricians were on time, professional and very skilled at their work. They quickly identified the problem, explained the solution in detail and completed the job safely and efficiently. The pricing was fair and transparent and the quality of workmanship was excellent. The workers that actually were working for us for 2 days were Tony and Issac J. Were prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, informed, kept us informed, cleaned up very well, worked diligently and steadily. They were 10 out of 10. Would recommend them to anyone, any time.

Real Touch Electrical was incredibly responsive and we were able to get an appointment fast. Our assigned electrician Kendrick was prompt and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend!

Hey you know staying late after work especially with wife's at home is hard but when blue collar men step up and come to save the day. I sometimes feel like the princess.

Leave a wife at home for more than a regular job then you need to ask for these two.

I'd like to know where they go or if even one of them may be a mentor for my younger brother that has autism and is stressed beyond belief due to the heat.

I was really happy to find a company that priced by the job rather than by the hour. The work was estimated and then it was easy to schedule. The team arrived on time and did a great job. They worked clean and helped me out by taking all the boxes away. Would definitely recommend and will call them again.

Josh did a great job and answered all my concerns. He found out while the back doorbell didn't work and it was fixed.
He explained the different numbers on the meter. He also found the the outdoor light fixtures needed to be replaced
I told him that we would contact the company when we were ready .

Kendrick came out and was happy to help - so professional and knowledgeable- very friendly and easy to work with! Every time I spoke on the phone with the receptionist they were super nice and helpful.

Appointment was easy to make and they followed up day of to give me a 45 min warning when they were on the way!

Would highly recommend.
