We came by there a few days ago to get some supplies. Both ladies there never even looked in our direction, as well as a gentleman just sitting there on the stool by them. We waited at least 10 minutes in clear sight of the counter staff with no acknowledgement of our existence. Service is dead here! We went to your competitor and got what we needed!

Greg was awesome got all my parts for me over the phone waited on 3 way while my pick up person got the adress all this less than 1 hr before close and in the middle of hurricane 2024

Be aware, some of the employees can sell to you much overprice. In my first visit, the seller was good man and gave me good prices so I made a large order around 3000$ but in my second visit to this store, the seller was different guy who was trying to act smart, he made stories about some parts are not available and he will get it from another store by next day and that is why it’s more expensive. I had no time for arguing so I got the minimum items from him and I went to another store to collect what I need. I am not going to this store again.

The most unprofessional sales I have ever experienced. Talking to multiple people at one time. People Cussing on the phone. Mixing up orders from one customer to the other. I'm placing my order, and without any communication my sales associate answers other phone calls and just starts talking to other callers and taking their orders. Then goes back to talking to me and mixes my order up with 2 other customers. It took 30 minutes to handle a 5 min phone order.

Professional n pleasant staff. All work I've had done over several years has been timely n correct the first time. You don't need to go to site. Just call n they'll come to you.

By far the best customer service experience. Made sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend for both commercial and residential. I've used Access Electric in both capacities and their staff did an excellent job.

My fiance and I just built our dream pool, but desperately needing lighting around it. The quote I received was competitive, and their expertise was outstanding. They gave me recommendations for future projects (at my request - they weren't pushy about it). In all, I got 4 poles, in Jack Daniel's whiskey barrels, with bistro lights surrounding the pool. They also attached flood lights on the poles to highlight my backyard. Will continue to use for future projects.

We’ve been using Benton Pro Lighting for our Christmas lights for several years now, and they’ve always done a great job. Recently, they installed new outlets around our home as well as a generator plug for our generator. Everything turned out great—the quality of work was excellent, and we’re very happy with the results.

They were so fast responding to my request for an electrician as I had no main lights working in the house. They arrived when they said clearly explained everything they were doing and fixed it in the timescale they quoted. Polite and tidied up after themselves.
