All reviews for Right Touch Electrical

The workers that actually were working for us for 2 days were Tony and Issac J. Were prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, informed, kept us informed, cleaned up very well, worked diligently and steadily. They were 10 out of 10. Would recommend them to anyone, any time.

Josh did a great job installing our Tesla charger. He was very knowledgeable!!!

Josh was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, quick to answer any and all questions. Very impressed, especially since he is so young!

I had a fantastic experience with Chris Kennedy is a true professional! He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and clear in explaining every step of the work. It’s rare to find someone so skilled who also takes the time to communicate everything in such a straightforward and respectful way. The job was done efficiently and to a very high standard. Highly recommended!

Real Touch Electrical was incredibly responsive and we were able to get an appointment fast. Our assigned electrician Kendrick was prompt and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend!

Hey you know staying late after work especially with wife's at home is hard but when blue collar men step up and come to save the day. I sometimes feel like the princess.

The sweat, the blood, the thrive and persistence of Alex and Josh arrellano was above and beyond and they would say.

Horahh

I would like or love to know where this path leads these bright young men. Hopefully into their own businesses if you need a repair man that will follow procedure

Leave a wife at home for more than a regular job then you need to ask for these two.

I'm an organ donor and although I also am young.
I would give my beating heart for these two brilliant minds.

I'd like to know where they go or if even one of them may be a mentor for my younger brother that has autism and is stressed beyond belief due to the heat.

And all respect but god sent his angles to my door.

Amen
Promise I'll let the lord know that you shall be blessed when you come to the end of the road.

I will reach my hand out and carry you guys to the gates of heaven and ask the lord to give my space for any sins you have.

Isaac was on time, professional, courteous, and very informative with the issues we were having with one of the breakers. I would highly recommend Right Touch Electric for your electrical needs.

Chris and Right Touch Electrical are truly the best!! Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year, and I need lots of outdoor electrical outlets to support my decorations. Chris and his team have made sure that my Christmas dreams are secure. BEST TEAM EVER!!

Josh, was amazing. He explained everything in detail to where I understood what was needed. He was very thorough with the job. I would definitely use this company again and request Josh again.

I was really happy to find a company that priced by the job rather than by the hour. The work was estimated and then it was easy to schedule. The team arrived on time and did a great job. They worked clean and helped me out by taking all the boxes away. Would definitely recommend and will call them again.

Josh did a great job and answered all my concerns. He found out while the back doorbell didn't work and it was fixed.
He explained the different numbers on the meter. He also found the the outdoor light fixtures needed to be replaced
I told him that we would contact the company when we were ready .

Kendrick came out and was happy to help - so professional and knowledgeable- very friendly and easy to work with! Every time I spoke on the phone with the receptionist they were super nice and helpful.

Appointment was easy to make and they followed up day of to give me a 45 min warning when they were on the way!

Would highly recommend.

Isaac and Rafael did a great job! Per usual, Right Touch performed stellar work. They know what they're doing, come out right away, and do a fabulous job!

Kendrick was professional in all aspects, very informative, aware of my electrical needs with very good recommendations and observations. Kendrick and his crew of Ethan and his helper certainly set the standards for others to follow. Very glad to have done business with Right Touch Electrical, a Pasadena, Texas staple.

Right Touch Electrical is the best electric company in the Pearland area. Honest, responsive and reasonably priced I would recommend them to anyone. Kendrick is our regular technician and he does a great job.

I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the service from Right touch electric company. From the start, their customer service has been exceptional—quick to respond, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I’ve had about billing or service

Right Touch Electrical earns a solid 5 stars! I’d totally ask for Josh, Alex, and their awesome crew. They’re honest, get the job done right, stick to your budget, and stand behind their work like champs. Even when they goof, they own it fast—no finger-pointing needed. That’s a rare, rare find these days! They’ve got themselves a repeat customer, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality work with integrity.

Kendrick at Right Touch Electrical was awesome. He was very helpful in meeting our needs, friendly, knowledgeable and took his time to evaluate the problem to come up with the best solution for us. We will definitely be using Right Touch Electrical again!

Kendrick was friendly and professional. He took a look at what needed done, offered solutions, came back with a quote, and completed the work, all in one day. Price was fair. No complaints here! It was efficient and done right. If we need more work in the future we know who to call!

Issac and Tony were the 2 technicians who came out today to upgrade my AC circuit breaker/wiring to the correct watts per the specs on my new AC unit. Tony was kind, thorough and professional throughout the entire installation process and respectful of my time working from home. I thought he did a great job explaining the results after each phase of the project. I will say they are not the cheapest nor the extreme side but felt they offered a reasonable price for this job. I choose them based on their responsiveness, professionalism, warranty and workmanship guarantees. I'm very satisfied with the overall process and would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Josh was very thorough in his work and clearly committed to providing his best effort. He explained everything in a way that was understandable to someone with no electrical knowledge. I felt like I could trust him and not get hoodwinked into unnecessary repairs or sloppy work.
