Arrived in timely manner explaining everything throughly and let me know of work I should have done in the future. Update the young man name was Issac he just left my house and completed a second job that was recommended truly respectful and great service will be using them again in the future !!

Josh was great. He came out to give a quote and we decided to go with the install same day. They got everything setup and we had some problems with the speed of charge and the app. Josh came back out and after a long hold with my vehicle tech department we got the issue fixed. He was very patient and nice. We will definitely use his company again. I’m glad we found you all.

Josh (and later Isaac) did a spectacular job! They installed an extra LED light fixture with a dimmer switch in my Hobby Room, and I was really worried about dust getting thrown up onto my collectibles! However, Josh proactively put light plastic sheets over everything, and they both did everything so carefully, controlling every little piece of dust from getting out into the room! There is no evidence they were ever here! Not only super competent and professional, but very friendly and amenable! Don't waste time looking for a quality electrician - just get Right Touch Electrical!

He found the problem immediately. He was great to work with. Came out within a few hours of us calling for the repair. Have used them in past & they were great then.

Great customer service made sure he went through everything to find the issue he explained everything to me and made sure I understood what he was explaining. I highly recommend this company. I had other electricians come out to look for the issue and they charged me for something they guessed was the problem just so they can come back out and guess again and charge me more because my lights wouldn’t stay on. I will never trust anyone without showing me they are licensed electricians because it’s a headache with those fake electricians.

Excellent electrician. Isaac was very polite and professional. We have used Right Touch several times as a contractor/vendor for the school where I work. Always professional and punctual. Excellent office team as well. Very communicative and thorough. I am not a price shopper per se, I prefer knowledge, service, and reputation over price. Without price being an issue, I recommend Right Touch as an electrical contractor.

Right Touch is an excellent choice for any electrical work. We had to have our house completely re-wired which was overwhelming just to think about. This company made the process much easier than we anticipated. Alex did an incredible job. The work ethic and professionalism of Alex and Eduardo exceeded our expectations. They were respectful of our home and got the job done in a timely manner.

Josh was fantastic. He explained all repairs thoroughly and offered options to best fix any existing issues. He and Tony worked together on the final repair and the results were fantastic. He also went the extra mile to confirm an odd cosmetic issue with our LEDs on our breaker box. Others have complimented their work on improving airflow and balancing our breaker panel. Highly recommended.

Right Touch kept in contact with me from the arrival of the technician to departure. The technician, Adam, was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me and was up front about costs, etc. He is a good reflection of this company. I would use them again!

I want to say thank you to the technicians from Right Touch Electrical who came out they were awesome. They went above and beyond to help figure out why my daughter’s room and my room didn’t have light, before calling your company I decided to go with someone at Home Depot He told me he was licensed and all he did was break my breaker box also kept wanting to charge me more and more because he kept trying to figure out the problem it was more like a guessing game with him and he kept going up on the price and changing prices. I decided to call Right Touch Electrical a licensed company that showed me that they were licensed Chris and Josh did a wonderful job at explaining everything and made sure they found the problem. No guessing they just came in and did their job. I lost money hiring a fake electrician because I believed he was licensed next time for any of my electrical problems I will make sure to call this company. Thank you again!

Alex and Oscar came out and did a great job. They replace the lights on the outside of my home. I will be using them again in the future. The whole team was professional. Great experience very happy with the company. They also put me on the schedule the day after I called.

Right Touch Electrical did a fantastic job installing my electrical box outside and smoke alarms. This company is highly competent and they keep their promises and deliver on time. I was highly impressed with their customer service, quality work, and walkthrough. This was my first time going with them but not my last time. Chris was very friendly, very thorough, and did good work. My husband was impressed - and that is saying a lot. The quote for the work we needed was completed quickly and was reasonable, so we look forward to seeing Chris and the other guys on the crew tomorrow morning.

This particular job with Josh involved installing a new outdoor security flood light at the top of my second story house. Josh was polite and professional, explained all the options clearly, and did a great job installing the light. He was clean and organized too and left the work area spotless. I keep going to back to Right Touch because it is a family run business with professional, long-tenured electricians. I've been using Right Touch Electrical for over 7 years.
