Horrible customer service. Do not use this company if you need reliable service. Scheduled an appointment for 3pm and no one called or ever arrived. I called the office to get an update several times and the person said she would follow up, but never did. Then they didn't answer the phone. TRASH SERVICE!

Thank you so much for cleaning my home. As a single mother of 3 boys, my home is rarely clean. My oven was horrible! Your ladies cleaned it and when I opened it up to check -- my oven literally sang to me. The house is far beyond clean. Pricing is very reasonable.

I have had the services for several years. However lately, maids show up late, early or not at all. Cleaning was "okay". Another issue is that we usually get different maids each visit so we have to repeat and explain specifics of our cleaning in our home, we have dogs that need to be contained, etc. One time, the maids vacuum did not work and they asked to use ours with an attitude of us being obligated. Another time there was difficulty in communication and the one maid very directly told me that I need to learn Spanish. Another incident was when I was questioned if I sweep or not. Really seriously. Sending over maids who speak next to no English! The final straw was when one of the maids broke a $40 coffee pot. I called and was told that it would be replaced or refunded. After over a month of waiting with every excuse possible, I have yet to receive a check as refund for property they damaged. Be careful of these unprofessional, unethical and dishonest people who own this business!

I give this company a 1 star rating first because of the lack communication that I received from the owner Victoria. I did not know the ladies were actually coming to my house until the morning of, anout 2 hours before they arrived. Let me remind you that I was wanting their service for a vacant house that I had just purchased, but had not moved in yet. Victoria texted me 2 hours before they got there. Second, only 1 of the 3 ladies could understand and speak minimal English. They were done in about 2-3 hours. I was definitely not satisfied with their cleaning service and they wanted to charge me $300 and I kept asking Victoria how could that be when the house was vacant. She ended up charging me $270 which I feel was still too much for the poor job that the ladies did. I called Victoria before they left and she would not answer my call to tell her about the areas they did not clean good after trying to tell the ladies which didn’t understand me. She texted me and said she was in a meeting but she would let them know. Surprisingly for her to be in a meeting , she called one of the ladies and told them what I said but she couldn’t call me. They half cleaned my blinds, half swept and mopped my floors, didn’t even vacuum certain areas of the house, did not properly wipe the inside and outside of my kitchen cabinets and stove and microwave. They did not wipe the sinks, tubs, and showers and cabinets in the bathrooms properly. My vent hood was not cleaned as promised on the brochure. Blinds still had dust on them and couple of furniture pieces that was in the house was not dusted. My baseboards were not cleaned properly. They used a broom instead of a wet wash rag to clean the baseboards. Light fixtures and ceiling fans still had dust on them. Basically, I wasted $270 on nothing. I am so disappointed. I do not recommend this cleaning service to anyone because now I have to go back and clean my house and I wasted $270.

Two gentlemen that came were fast, professional and did an amazing job

SoftWash Houston did an amazing job with our house. They cleaned the siding/garage doors, restored the roof, and pressure washed the driveway. They a provided value-added service deoxizing the front storm door, and removed most of the A/C rust stain on the house siding and lower roof using a new method. They were very prompt, worked efficiently, and with a great price. Best of all, the gentlemen were very professional and pleasant to work with.

Very happy with their communication and results of the wash. Would highly recommend!
