Love this place can walk around all day& spend money till im broke

Found what I needed and out the door I went employees directed me to the location of round up

Great values but I prefer the competition across the street.

Plants were good, not great. And expensive compared to last year

Disappointing customer service. Completely forgotten about on a simple phone call question to the Lawn and Garden dept. Good thing there is a Lowes across the street.

Horrible service. Employees walking around everywhere yet no one can help. They paged for someone three times to pull a lawnmower and finally after about 45 minutes I went to cross the street to Lowe's. 3 o'clock in the afternoon and the stores is almost empty

I ordered online to pickup in store thr same day. Sat November 4th. Went in on Nov. 7th without ever getting notification my order was ready. It was there and i received it. As I left I got a text and email that my order was ready and also an email copy of my receipt. Not the 1st time I've had issue with notification of my order being ready. Maybe I need to go across the street from my Home Depot in Pasadena!

** update** I've gone there again recently amd ots still clean, and the associate at that time was very friendly and kind.
Everything from plants to flowers were neatly placed in the shelves and isles, if you're a green thumb definitely give this one a stop!

The vision center inside of this Walmart is so good! Elsy helped me get a perfect pair of glasses in no time.

Great lawn care, for a great value! Mr. Zuniga's lawn team was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Called Zuniga's at 9:00 a.m. to try to get someone out to give me an estimate. Received a call back at 9:45 a.m. from a very nice-sounding person telling me that she would check to see when someone can come out and would call me back. At 1:30 p.m. she calls back to tell me someone could come at around 4:00 p.m. Nobody showed up. Around 5 p.m. I called back to tell her nobody came. She said she would call the mower and get back with me. She didn't call. So an hour and a half later I called her back at 6:35 p.m. to tell her no one called or came by. She said again that she would call the mower and get back with me. She finally called me back at 6:50 p.m. only to tell me me he couldn't stop by that day! Duh. Its evening and I have spent an entire day waiting. I guess customer's time is unimportant to this company. I gave the girl on the phone the benefit telling her it's ok if he couldn't come that day just to let me know either way so I'm not waiting. She understood and told me she would give me a call the next day. Guess what??? No call today. They must not need my business!

I called and a man answered very casual. It made me question of I was even calling a company. After I asked him, he confirmed it was a lawn service so I continued to ask if he could come mow the front yard, agreeing every 3 weeks (as the weather is cold right now). It was friday and he said he would be able to come Monday at 9am. Here I am waiting and wasting my time. I wished I would have read the reviews. This company is a joke.
