Miller pools has been a fantastic pool service and have used them for several years. Always reliable and consistent every week, rain or shine, and does an excellent job keeping my pool clean and maintained. A must for anyone with a high end low chlorine ozone pool. Very happy with their service compared to other service companies i have previously used.

Worst pool service in Houston. They forget to come at least once a month and will not refund your money. If you are not watching them while they are servicing your pool they will not do a complete service. They do more damage to your pool equipment than if they didn’t come. Also will not return phone calls. Please save your money and DO NOT HIRE. The owners response is an auto written response as you can see from the other reviews. I have not had any resolution to my problem, no apology for the state of the pool or my lost time and specifically refunds for all the missed services. Now that I am searching for a new pool service, they are also the most expensive. Do not think an auto response has solved the problems. DO NOT HIRE!

Miller weekly maintenance service never fails. They do a great job. Our service representative, Ray, is very professional and helpful. He keeps the pool looking great.

I also have received great service from Michael Ramirez. He does a great job too every week. Very polite and helpful.

Eugene is great at keeping our pool looking beautiful and communicating with us when helpful!

I wanted to update this review. I continue to use Miller Pools for 22+ years. I have new pool tech this last 6 months or so. His name is Kyle. He takes great care of my pool and stays on top of any issue until it is resolved. He’s very kind and helpful as is everyone at Miller Pools.

Casey is always very helpful, provides great service, and answers all my question. I’m happy to have him as my pool tech!!

Called at 9am Monday morning with an urgent issue with my pool motor. Was told that someone would get back with me in the next couple of days. JUST SAYING...this is now Wednesday and I still haven't heard from anyone. Wouldn't recommend these people for any emergency issues with your pool (also, just want to mention that my neighbor got the same response)

Miller pools does a great job servicing my pool. The last few times I have had issues or something that needed to be checked a tech was out in 24 hours or less. Also, my pool is serviced weekly by Ray, who does an incredible job. If there are any concerns or messages that need to be relayed, Ray handles it immediately. Ray also does an amazing job with the cleaning every week. Highly recommend.

Isaiah is the tech assigned to our pool and he does a great job every week.

I would like to give a big thanks to Miller Pools. We had some concrete work done around our pool a few months back. For unknown reasons we had some issues with a portion that was poured. Mr. Miller came out and after looking at what happened although no fault of his or the concrete company came back and made it right. Our pool decking looks great and we are very pleased. Mr. Miller is a man of his word and the reason we will be trusting him with all of our future pool needs. We have been using his pool cleaning services and highly recommend his crew!!!

We are thrilled with Miller Pools! Received a mail flyer and were not happy with our current pool company at that time, so we have Miller a call. They were out the following week and our pool has never looked better! The tech is professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Great team!

On 9/15/2025 the diver of truck #298 really needs to be check on by this company. He cut through two different gas stations just to avoid the red lights almost causing an accident with another car at a pump station. This isn't the first time ive seen this same exact driver doing the same thing around 4:40ish PM.

Kyle always does a great job taking care of our pool. Polite, professional and hardworking.
