We called late one evening and Daniel came over that night and worked on our AC until it was fixed. He was professional and honest! Our AC hadn't worked right for years but thanks to Daniel it's fixed and we are COLD. Prices are very reasonable and I will recommend this company and this tech in the future! Thank you!

The quality of service at Absolute Value AC surpasses any company that we have ever used in the past. You could never ask for anyone to give you the punctuality of service that we have received from Daniel. He is probably one of the most polite and respectful individuals that we have ever met in the customer service environment. Daniel is someone you can depend on and trust. We have referred him to several acquaintances, and these people have always been pleased with his pricing and services; and would also give Absolute Value AC an excellent rating.

Excellent customer service! We had a problem develop over the weekend, so I left a message to call me on Monday for repairs (was not super urgent as it was cool outside). I received a call back at 8am Monday morning and the tech was in my home by noon. Very professional and quickly corrected our issue. Will keep this number on speed dial for future needs!

These guys are wonderful. They showed up on time, and were very conscientious of their surroundings keeping the house clean . They worked steady and in 8 hours I had a new air-conditioner some duct replacement, and thermostat, all for a great price.

I am more than satisfied with the ac repair job. The tech was at my house within 1 hr of me calling to see if the had anyone available. I had called 3 other places and was giving 4 hour window.

The tech was very knowledgeable and professional, he had the ac running again in 20 minutes! I believe I paid a fair price as well. Excellent service!

AC Tech Matthew was very Honest only recommended what needed to be done. Did not try to push anything else on us. The installers did a great job I highly recommend absolute value AC to anyone that needs AC needs work.

First off, Matt was honest and forthcoming with what we needed done. He didn't sugarcoat anything.
But he did guarantee our satisfaction with any work that would be done.
The install crew were the most professional young Men I've met in a long long time. There work was better than I could ever imagine.
They will be getting all my business from now on and I will be recommending them to everybody I know. As well as where I work.

Ramon and his crew were very professional and got the job done diligently. Had everything repaired quickly and finished the same day. His crew was very respectful of my home and worked together to get everything done. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get A/C work done!

Called one evening and by noon the next day, 4 guys showed up and in 1/2 day, had a new air conditioning unit. This was faster than a competitor said they could do it by 4 days as it was over a weekend. Trouble is, heat in Texas doesn't take a break during the weekend. These guys came on a Saturday and we were so thankful and nice guys too.

Absolute Value went over and above to make my HVAC repair affordable. The easy answer would have been to replace the entire system. But, AV went to a great deal of trouble (for them) to repair the break while preserving the majority of the system which was still working. A big extra hassle for them, but it made my repair affordable. I can't say enough good things about this company and its people. Thank you for everything.

I am a Realtor and I just called to ask for a quote for one of my clients. When I explained what I needed, the woman put me on hold, then came back and said that "we aren't interested." and hung up on me. I asked how much they charge to go to the home and run a quote, and explained that the repairs were lender required.

Regardless, their company would have been paid for the quote or for the repair. I absolutely DO NOT recommend contacting them.

1. Tech came out and "repaired" my AC without telling me diagnostics first and having my warranty ok it first. $400.00
2. I called the next day to let them know, it was still not working properly, Janna said that it would be another $85.00 to come back out there. I told her i already paid the service fee, she said "well, it was running when he left" i said "yeah, it was running before he got there too, and still running today" but thats the problem, it was running but not cooling. These people are crooks. I have never had this kind of experience before, i hope more people read this, and just find someone else....because i feel like they could warranty there work for at least 30 days, and not charge me another service fee after i gave them one not even 24 hours before.
