HVAC reviews in Pasadena, Texas

From the moment we scheduled our appointment, everything was handled in a professional and friendly way. Wesley, who came out for the inspection, really knew his stuff and explained everything honestly about the condition of our fireplace. We had a different company check things out when we first moved in, and they tried to tell us we needed a huge, expensive rebuild. Luckily, this team gave us a much more reasonable solution and took great care of us. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel like family, which meant a lot to us. I will definitely recommend their chimney sweep services to anyone needing fireplace or chimney work!

Caleb came out and did a free chimney inspection for us, making sure everything was safe and in good shape. We really appreciated how clearly he explained things and how friendly everyone was throughout the whole process. We’re very satisfied with the service and will definitely call them again for our next chimney sweep!

The chimney sweep service was prompt and very professional. Luke did a fantastic job and made sure my home was spotless when he finished. My fireplace has never looked cleaner and now works perfectly. It's a great relief knowing my chimney is well taken care of, especially with the hot Texas weather making it important to keep things in good shape. I highly recommend their chimney cleaning services!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Luke and the rest of the team on the design and installation of two beautiful fireplaces in our home here in Pasadena. Later on, we brought them back to handle a full backyard upgrade, which included adding a new deck, a portico, and an outdoor kitchen area. From start to finish, our experience with this chimney sweep company was fantastic. Their design ideas, skillful work, and careful attention to detail were truly impressive. Luke and the team guided us through every step, always ready to answer questions and make sure we were happy with the process. Their dedication to customer satisfaction really shows in their professionalism and expertise. We highly recommend their chimney sweep and related services!

We had a fantastic experience with this chimney sweep team. They took out our old flue and put in a new one, while also handling several other chimney repairs we needed. The crew matched the price from another company and still managed to provide even more services than expected. Caleb was especially helpful and made sure everything was done right. We’ll definitely call them again for any chimney or fireplace work in the future!

Richard and Hayden did an excellent job sweeping our chimney, giving our fireplace a fresh look, and setting up new gas logs. They were both friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. Our fireplace used to be very dirty and had a strong gas smell because it hadn’t been taken care of before. After Richard and Hayden installed the new gas logs, the smell was completely gone. I’m really looking forward to enjoying our fireplace again! I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

Caleb and the team provided outstanding chimney sweep service from beginning to end. From the initial estimate to the final touches, Caleb kept me updated every step of the way. They made sure not to damage the fireplace facade while building a new firebox and took great care to keep the area around the fireplace clean at all times. Before leaving, they made sure I was completely happy with the work. I highly recommend this company for anyone in Pasadena needing reliable and professional chimney or fireplace services!

Richard was very professional when he came out to my place in Pasadena. I had a problem with my dryer vent because birds had built a nest inside the chimney pipe. Richard quickly cleaned out the vent and made sure everything was working smoothly again. I felt so relieved after he finished the job. I would definitely recommend this team for any chimney sweep or related service—they really know what they're doing!

this chimney sweep company is family owned and run, which really made the experience feel personal. i booked my appointment online through a link on their maps page and got a fast response, even though it was right before a holiday weekend. they arrived on time in pasadena, just as promised. wesley and hayden handled the cleaning of our fireplace insert. they used new chimney brushes for a deeper clean, with one working inside on the fireplace and the other cleaning from the roof. they were super efficient and careful. fresh blankets were laid out to protect our floors, and wesley kept the vacuum running the whole time to make sure no soot or dust got out. hayden let us know about some cracks in our chimney cap that needed to be fixed and gave us a clear quote right away. overall, everything was quick, tidy, and professional—really happy with the service!

Had a great experience with the chimney sweep service in Pasadena. Wesley and Mitchell showed up right on schedule, made sure to cover up the rugs and nearby furniture before starting any work, and left everything spotless when they finished. They were friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They did a thorough cleaning and inspection of the chimney, and even took care of a small repair on the spot. I’ll definitely call them again for any chimney maintenance needs.

I hadn’t had my chimney cleaned in a long time, so I scheduled a sweep. The crew was very professional and made sure to lay down drop cloths to protect my carpet while they worked. During the first visit, they noticed the top of my chimney was missing a proper cover, which had allowed leaves, debris, and even birds to get inside. They returned later to clear everything out and install a new screen to prevent future problems. Both times, Richard and Wesley were prompt, friendly, and thorough. I’m really happy with their work and now feel confident that my fireplace is clean and safe to use.

We had our fireplace and chimney cleaned recently and are very happy with On Target Chimney Cleaning. I wanted to keep my original mantle, and Hayden made sure everything worked out perfectly! We really enjoyed using our fireplace after the service, especially during the cooler months. The team did a fantastic job making sure our chimney was safe and ready to use. I recently got two quotes to replace both flues in our 100-year-old chimney here in Pasadena. One flue takes care of the hot water heater and boiler in the basement, while the other is for the fireplace in our living room. I chose this chimney sweep company because their price was less than half of what the other business offered, and both had similar reviews online. The job was finished right on schedule. The team showed up on time, got straight to work, and cleaned up everything nicely when they were done. Caleb was super easy to talk to, gave me his cell number, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our fireplace is working perfectly now and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this chimney sweep service to anyone in Pasadena. I’ll definitely be calling them again for regular chimney cleaning and maintenance.

I was really happy with the chimney sweep service I received in Pasadena. Caleb was very quick to respond and worked hard to help me get my fireplace ready to use. Because a lot of people needed chimney cleaning around the same time, it took a little longer to schedule, but it was worth it for the peace of mind. Caleb clearly knows a lot about chimneys and fireplaces, and he was very friendly throughout the whole process. After the job was done, he even checked in to make sure everything was working well.
