Cynthia was professional and helpful when we called. We got an appointment the morning we called which was a huge relief to us. Hector and his co-worker showed up during the time that was given to us. They were also very efficient, courteous and explained what they did for us. We were very satisfied and will call them again.

First, their service call does not cover finding out what the problem is. They wanted more money to just determine the issue. Second, the technician could not understand English enough to answer simple questions. Don't waste your time with this company.

Big thumbs up for Charlie, their master plumber. Was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained in detail what needed to be done, what to expect, and gave many helpful advice for maintaining our plumbing system. Definitely recommend this company and ask for Charlie!
