Aesthetic Roofing System did a Wonderful Job. Ivan was a very professional and qualified contractor in every aspect of my damages . My roof ,patio , storage barn, cutters etc. and fencing was damaged due to a tornado. Mr.Ivan is very knowledgeable in handling Insurance companies . Wonderful job there bonded and insured I would recommend my friend s and neighbors. I was so thankful to Aesthetic Roofing Systems the Best ….

Ivan and his crews did a great job on our roof and gutters. He worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure the coverage was there. Everything was done as promised. Ivan is very passionate about his work and it shows. I feel like I have a brand new house. We highly recommend Aesthetic Roofing.

I cannot stress enough how easy it was to work with ARS and Ivan. From the very beginning, his level of professionalism and dedication to his clients was what set him aside from other contractors. He is with you every step of the way and goes out of his way to ensure that every little detail is taken care of. Every single question or doubt was answered, and he would constantly reach out and make sure you are taken care of. I had my roof replaced with gutters and the level of quality is top notch. Constantly getting me the best estimates, and working to get me what I absolutely needed. Contractors like Ivan and ARS are few and rare in this kind of day and age. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were forced to obtain new homeowners insurance in September 2023. Nationwide Insurance was canceling all homeowners policies in the Gulf Coast. To say that this situation was stressful is an extreme understatement! After phone calls, emails and several inspections, it was determined that we would agree to purchase a new roof after the hurricane season passed. I called Aesthetic after a referral from our neighbor and explained the dilemma. Ivan inspected our roof on October 5 and informed us that we had damage to our roof, our shed, our pergola, our fence and our patio cover due to the tornado in January 2023. Ivan submitted a claim to Nationwide immediately. The claim was denied. Ivan resubmitted it, over and over again. This process went on and on. Ivan did not waiver. He sent pictures and videos and more pictures and more videos, always keeping us advised of what was going on. We laughingly called him “The Hammer”. His perseverance paid off and Nationwide mailed us a check for the covered repairs, minus our $5,000 deductible. Ivan and his crew arrived at 7am on January 11, laid down tarps in our yard and began working. By sundown the old roof was gone from our house, shed and pergola and a new roof was installed on all three. The old materials were placed in their trailer and hauled away. The tarps were rolled up, items were replaced that were moved from our front and back yard as darkness fell. Ivan was outside with a flashlight and told us not to park in the driveway just in case there were nails there and that he would be back in the morning to make sure everything was in place. True to his word, he was at our house at 19, and after his careful inspection, advised us that we could park in the driveway. Soon afterwards, his crew installed new gutters in the front and back of our house and repaired the patio cover and did some inside painting where there was some damage. His crew also installed a fence in the back yard, taking down the old rotten wood and replacing it, always taking care to make sure that our dogs were safe and secure. Ivan has been back to check on us and I told him about the latch on the gate not seeming to work correctly. Later that evening his worker arrived and corrected the issue. This, ladies and gentlemen is what customer service is all about. I am so grateful to Ivan and his wonderful crew and I thank them for their hard work. To them, it might be just a job, but to us it’s much, much more. We are so pleased with the appearance of our house and yard. If you are in need of a new roof, I highly recommend Aesthetic Roofing Systems. We are so happy to support this Pasadena business!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Ivan at Aesthetic Roofing. He was instrumental in helping us secure the funds to have our roof repaired and walked us through the process every step of the way. The best part about working this company is the level of attention we received. At no time do you feel like a number or a burden, there is a personal touch in everything that Ivan does. Aesthetic Roofing Systems and Ivan’s Team came to the rescue after another roofing contractor couldn’t get out denied claim approved. Ivan was highly recommended by several people who had worked with them. Ivan and his team had our claim overturned and approved in less than 2 weeks and was able to get more than we expected. New upgraded GAF roofing systems, All interior leaks in 8 rooms, Full gutter replacement, All windows replaced due to damage to beading, new garage door. This was more than we had in mind. I generally don’t leave reviews but the service and quality of work called for it. We had a difficult time with the insurance company and Ivan was there to help guide us through the process. In the end we ended up with a new roof. The service Ivan provided during the entire process was exceptional and our roof looks outstanding. If you are looking to get the job done and get it done right, then I highly recommend Aesthetic Roofing Systems!

I am extremely happy with the work ARS did. I did not have to worry about anything Ivan always made sure everything was well and done! He made sure I got paid for all the damages that were caused by the tornado. Ivan and his team did a great job. I definitely recommend this company for your home remodeling and roofing needs!

Hurricane Beryl took about 30% of the shingles off of our roof. A few days after the storm I saw a sign in the yard of a house on our street that had just had their roof replaced and it looked amazing. I called the number on the sign and spoke with Ivan, a couple days later he came an inspected our roof and we decided that we also needed a replacement. They scheduled the replacement date the price was extremely Fair and he even helped us get financing. The process was smooth and stress-free. Now we have a new roof that also looks amazing. Ivan and the crew were extremely professional and clean up was fast and detailed. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. I just bought my house and it needed a new roof. ARS came recommended from a life long friend. David and Ivan came out and looked at our roof and gave us a quote and explained our options. We went with the GAF Timberline shingles. They helped us pick a color that would enhance the appearance of our property. They came out and got the job done. They cleaned up the entire yard after completion. We couldn't be happier with the results or the service. Excellent job and the house looks amazing.

In case you don’t want to read my long rant; my experience with ARS was creepy, shady, and they kept insisting that I take out a fraudulent insurance claim.

After about the 3rd time of telling them I refuse to commit insurance fraud, I had to force them to leave.

I had a reputable roofing company come out the next day… all the “damages” ARS was trying to have me get repaired was a lie or grossly exaggerated.

My experience with ARS in a nutshell:

* a creepy guy spent 2 hours going through every room in my upstairs, when I only had a small leak in a bathroom. After 2 hours, I asked “so… what’s causing the leak”, and he tells me “I don’t know, I haven’t got to it yet”. Keep in mind, the ONLY reason I called them out, was to fix this particular leak. Why the hlle were you in my children’s bedrooms for an hour?!

* they created a long list of “damages”…. Entire ceiling repainting, new garage doors, new gutters, entire new roof… and all I have to do was lie to the insurance company and say I had a hail storm come through. MY HOUSE IS 4 YEARS OLD. ALL I HAD WAS A TINY LEAK IN 1 BATHROOM.

* he refused to put the estimate of the list of repairs in an e-mail, he told me “that’s not something we do. We have a verbal conversation and go from there.”
IF THATS NOT A RED FLAG, I DONT KNOW WHAT IS.

Went the extra mile flew to Wisconsin to meet the insurance adjuster for a second inspection & got it overturned from denial to full replacement and we are extremely grateful for Ivan’s determination and also got hur gutters and siding replaced for only one cost my deductible of $500.00 dollars Very happy with our new roof and all the unexpected extras!
