Reviews of local pros in Pasadena, Texas

Southtex came out to knock down a tree and haul away debris.
Very fast, professional and kind.
I will definitely use them again in the future.

Could not be more pleased with their estimate and work completed today on my fence. Very professional, looks great and completely cleaned up after it was finished. They did not stop until total work was complete. I would definitely have Southtex do all my fence replace/repair in the future and recommend them to anyone.

These guys really did a great job for me. They removed my gate so I could bring in some dirt to the backyard. They came back and reinstalled my gate after my work was completed. Thanks again, Armando

Sent a request for a quote on their website and got a quick reply from Armando. They were able to come out and fix a small fence that blew down. Worked quickly, and didn't leave a mess. They also took care of all of the rotted wood and broken boards that were on the ground. Would use them again!

Crew was really helpful and accommodating towards my families needs! Everyone was respectful and clean with their work! Pricing was really good for the quality work i had done! 100% recommend!

“Armando was very professional and did an excellent job on all of our fences across multiple properties. His craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend his work to anyone looking for quality fencing services.”

Great job! Highest praise regarding the job that Southtex did on our neighborhood’s perimeter iron fence repair/replacement project. Armando worked through a very long process of planning and negotiating to meet our needs and at a price we could afford. Armando was very professional throughout the process, transparent when discussing our options, and always responded in a timely fashion. When the time came to complete the project, he and his team showed up on time, worked tirelessly during extremely hot conditions, cleaned up after each day of work, and the finished product is exactly as ordered…if not better. I highly recommend Armando and his team at Southtex Fence & Trees LLC.

Southtex did an excellent job designing and installing a fortified chain link fence around the A/C condensing units at my business. I am very satisfied with the results.

I have used SouthTex several times . Armando and his team are very professional and very reasonable price . I like giving my business to local companies . Armando replaced my damaged fence after Hurricane Beryl and I will definitely use him again if the need arises.

Quote was quick and per my scope. No upsell or pushy promotional tactics. Scheduling was well communicated, job start was on time and completed sooner than estimated. Quality of work, job completion, & cleanup was first-class in every way.

Armando and team were great to work with. They were so helpful in brainstorming ideas for our backyard and deck to make things safe for our kids around the pool. Highly recommend for any custom needs!

Armando and his team were reliable, very communicative and had great customer service. They did meticulous work, cleaned up all of the mess, and hauled off the old fence. I found them because they did a great job for my neighbor. Highly recommend.

Wanted to replace our old chain link fence (with trees and shrubbery growing in it) with a wood fence. There quote process was quick and efficient, and they gave me very reasonable price. They were the only company willing to handle the trees and fence together.
The work was beyond our expectations! They did such a fantastic job, removing the old fence, grinding a stump down, and the new fence looks so beautiful. I did not know I could be so excited about a fence, but here I am!
They cleaned up after and left with a very happy customer. I strongly recommend Southtex Fence & Trees!

A big wind came to our house and blew down a portion of our fence. We looked up on Nextdoor who to call and Texas Fencing and Trees came up. So we called them. Just excellent. Said what they were going to do, how they would do it, and gave a fair price. I highly recommend them. So does Nextdoor in our area.

Excellent Job and a Fair Price. 4 gentlemen came out to trim my huge ash tree. They were able to remove several overgrown areas on the tree to even it out. Removed all the debris and was super careful not to damage my plants and yard art around the tree. They also made a repair to gate.
Very Professional and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Southtex for tree services. They removed a tree and some broken off limbs for $500 less than what another company quoted me. It was a no brainer. They hauled everything away and did not leave any mess. I would use Southtex again in a heartbeat. They are professional and trustworthy.

I called Armando Friday morning and he gave me a quote over the phone. I asked him if he could come by just to make sure everything was what we discussed. He came by that afternoon and we agreed on price for the work for a new Cedar picket fence. It was exactly what we he quoted me over the phone. Armando and his crew showed up the next morning and did an excellent job with quality materials at a great price. I would highly recommend using Armando and Southtex Fence if you live in the Sagemont area.

Southtex Fence & Tree is the very good company. Reliable. Even he was very busy, but Mr. Armando worked very hard to install the fence as emergency on the holiday December 24, 2025. Thank you so much for your hard work. I'm highly recommend his business.

I needed a small gate replaced as part of my fence, and I was honestly shocked by how difficult it was to find someone willing to take on a job this size. Several companies either wouldn’t take it at all or quoted extremely high prices, saying they’d need to bring out a full crew.

Southtex fence was the complete opposite. Communication was clear and professional from the start, they scheduled the job quickly, and the price was very fair. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent — the gate looks great and functions perfectly.

I’m very happy with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work, especially if you have a smaller project that other companies won’t touch.

I recently had a large tree removed from my backyard, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I spoke with Terri, who took the time to listen to my concerns about the oversized tree I had been wanting to remove for quite some time. I had previously put it off due to the high cost, but I’m glad I finally moved forward with it.

Terri was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The crew was outstanding—they handled the entire process with great care and efficiency. Given the size and complexity of the job, it took two days to complete, but they did an amazing job from start to finish, including a thorough cleanup.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of tree removal.

Thank you for giving all my trees a haircut!!! What a great crew you have!
They are very skilled and fast workers. Clean up time was in a timely manner and left my yard looking better than what I started with!! Amazing!!
The job turned out wonderful thanks again!! Now I enjoy my yard with more light to shine down!!!
I will definitely use you guys again!!
