Chris and Mark were quick and professional. One of my circuits went out due to a faulty neutral they found the issue gave some options and got the work done!

I recently got my electrical panel upgraded. I had several quotes done with other companies but going with Doctor Home Experts was the best decision I could have made. Very enthusiastic and forthcoming. Joshua the wire technician was very knowledgeable and very focused in getting the job done to code, didn’t cut any corners and took the time to answer any question I had about the workings of the electrical panel. His co worker Sergio was very polite and focused on the task at hand in the installation process. They made a very good team together and got 5 stars in my book. I will definitely be reaching out to doctor home experts for any electrical work in the future.

Chris & Julian arrived on time at my home to evaluate my needs. They were both friendly & easy to talk with & explained what I would need & how much the charges would be. It was obvious they were both highly experienced. We called the office & scheduled the installation. I was very pleased with the visit & the company’s policies. I will use this company in the future.

I have used this company for electrical issues and had great service so tried them out for an issue with my air conditioner. Homer arrived on time and did a great job solving the problem. We used Doctor Home Experts to install our new smart exterior lights around our home. Not only did they send out a crew the vary next day. They did an excellent job. Especially Carlos, he took the time to show me how to download and how to use the app to control my new smart system. They even sent him back out back out a few days later when I was having an issue with one light. Carlos did everything he could to make sure I was happy with the service I received. If you're thinking of using Doctor Home Experts ... just do it! You will not regret it.

Jesus G was amazing. He was professional and on time! Jesus took special care and made sure to leave things better than he found it. I would recommend Jesus to other clients and would absolutely have him back. Joe Padilla is living up to the company name “The Doctor”. Joe is super knowledgeable, timely, and professional. He does what he says he will do. Christopher L was a tech who came out for a different scope of work. He has such great experience and knowledge about the business! I had tons of questions and he answered ALL of them! I am overly impressed with the company. Chris was so patient and very thorough! Amazing!!!! These guys were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The two technicians who came to my home Chang and Gerardo were like wizards. I was worried that my family would struggle while they worked since the power had to be off my family just traveled a great distance to move in and the temp was hot ( we are not used to it yet), but these guys got the job done quick and quietly. Would definitely request them again.

This company recently did an electrical job for us. We originally met with Jose Padilla who set it up and worked with us to make sure everything got done and we were happy. We also had technician Carlos Chang work on our home and he went above and beyond. He communicated with us through the entire process to make sure we were aware of what was going on and how they fixed it. Ms. Tracy in the office was outstanding. Their service was exceptional and professional. I can’t thank y’all enough.

I highly recommend Doctor Home Experts. Especially Joe, Miguel, Homer and Nick. Joe came out last minute as a Hail Mary to my aunt’s house to give us a quote after another electrician stood us up. We were in a tight spot needing an entire electrical panel upgraded. Joe and Miguel showed up early the next morning and worked tirelessly the entire day into the very late hours of the night to get us taken care of before the 4th of July holiday. Homer who normally handles HVAC showed up and lended a huge helping hand to the project. Even later in the day Nick came to the rescue to start on wiring the breaker panel box. The breaker panel box is the prettiest I’ve ever seen in my entire life, Nick definitely has an art form. It was an extremely long, hot and sweaty day and these guys were all the best working into the night to get us taken care of. I truly cannot thank you all enough for saving the day. I will now refer everyone to you all. Thank you guys for everything!

Everybody at Doctor Home Experts was professional and nice. Ms. Traci in the office was great with communication and keeping me informed. Jesus was also great with communication and great to work with. The skilled technicians- Carlos, Chris, Embrey, Julian did great work, too. My rewiring job was big and difficult and I am very happy with the work!

I had sudden, severe electrical issues. Their response was very fast. Luke came out and diagnosed the problems same day. He had the required permits by the next morning and the crew was out and had everything fixed within a few short hours. The master electrician, Joe, came out to over-see and make sure everything ran smoothly and was instrumental in making sure the job was taken care of that day. An issue did come up that could have derailed the work for a couple of days, but Joe took care of it. Bless you, Joe! The whole crew (Joe, Luke, Carlos, and Chris) were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Thank you!

Great and quick service response from the repairs to the office keeping me updated.

I scheduled an appointment WEEKS prior to the day I needed them. First, they didn't even put me in the schedule. I drove 6 HOURS for this appointment. They were supposed to be there in the morning. After calling numerous times, I finally got them to say they'd send someone. They said 3-5. At 7:30, they finally showed up. He was there for less than 2 minutes to complete the job. THEN... they had the nerve to charge me the after hours service fee!!! Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!! The technician was great, but the company needs to get it together AND stop ripping people off 🙄

Mr. Nick and Mr. Marc did a great job putting in my new dishwasher. They were precise and methodical in the process. They were very considerate of doing a great job without destroying my flooring( which I appreciated). These two gentlemen were kind, considerate, and respectful.

I had Electrical Doctor Home Services do quite a bit of work to my garage. They installed 8 recessed can lights, two electrical outlets, and installed a 240 volte 30amp breaker in my electrical panel (going to use it for AC that's going in the garage). Carlos, Mark, Jesus, and Roger were very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Also, the gentlemen, I believe his name was Chris, did the wiring on my breaker panel. He went out of his way to show me how was was arranging the breakers so I could label them properly for future reference. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The work turned out great, the light and electrical outlets work well. I particularly enjoyed chatting about the project with Carlos, who has an in depth knowledge in his craft and talks about it like the character "Luis" from the Ant Man movies! Overall: Very Good Experience!

Mr. Perry was a very professional and timely as he installed Ring Front doorbell.

At a minimum, don't use these guys for any electrical work. To be safe, just don't use period. There are too many options in Houston. Mister Sparky is a good example of a similar, fast to respond company with much more reasonable rates.

I had a whole novella typed out here but I've shortened it to the major points below:

This company will seem like a good one at first. They are quick to respond, fast to show up, and their techs are really nice. They have all the modern text updates etc...its good.

The problem is that they work to a subpar standard and they're a little disorganized pretty much at all times. They absolutely destroyed my under cabinet lighting. Now they did attempt to fix it, but only 2/3rds of the way, resulting in me getting a different electrical contractor to come out and finish the job properly.

Also, the prices. They will buy a $35 light on Amazon and charge you $350. I'm not making this up. I understand mark up and retail sales margins, but this is excessive. On top of that, they don't have the knowledge or skills to complete the job properly so what exactly are they charging for? Took me a month from start to finish to finally wrap the under cabinet lighting project I had with them and it still wasn't done as of last week. I just sent them away because I couldn't deal with them any more.

Not once throughout this process did management or owner call me. I requested it twice. Still waiting. When all was said and done, they offered me a 10% discount. I countered with 25% and they accepted. Looking back with what I know now, that wasn't enough. But I did agree so no issue there.

Look, I'm a reasonable person. I wasn't mad the first 3 times they messed up this job. But last week I came unglued. Enough was enough. Just look elsewhere because if what happened to me happens to you, you'll be living in contractor hell for weeks.
