A veteran of the industry and US Military, Clark is someone to be trusted with your roofing problems. He will shoot you straight on what is wrong and provide the most cost effective way of fixing it. I was contacted by a "call center" they gave me a # that matched a # in the "12 Stones" website... but even when i contacted that exact number the guy wouldn't even say his name, he did say it was 12 Stones, he just refused to introduce himself. I told him I needed roofing and vinyl work, he just hung up.

He texted back stating he was unaware his number was listed a the SA office. He did offer another person, with another cell.

I upgraded my single star. For this reason. ADDED A 3RD STAR AFTER RECIEVED CALL FROM OWNER.

My rating is based only on the call interaction, not their work, which I have not experienced.

This company does not honor contracts they have signed. They walk away from business obligations. Not to be trusted in a business situation.
