We were having a major drafting issue where smoke would blow back into the house. They diagnosed the problem immediately, cleared a bird’s nest we didn't know was there, and installed a new cap. The fireplace works perfectly now. Excellent service and fair pricing.

We were having major issues with "back-puffing" smoke, but a deep sweep solved it completely. The team was very skilled and knew exactly where the restriction was located. I’ll be calling them every year from now on.

Had my chimney inspected before winter, and I’m so glad I did The technician was thorough and explained everything clearly. Highly professional and trustworthy.

They claimed they can't clean air ducts because of age(17 yrs old cleaned twice in past) They cleaned dryer vent and thru away vent cover on roof. Claimed birds never build nest in them now I have to pay someone to come put cover on it. Do Not recommend them.

Had this company come out after some construction work in our house. They were fantastic. Let me know when they were on their way, explained what they were going to do, cleaned up after they were done with dryer vent and air ducts and were professional and friendly throughout. Would definitely use them again!
