Billy Mendoza is knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. The electricians that have worked at my house from RES are always knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I trust this company with my electrical needs.

This was the second time we've used RES. They installed 3 ceiling fans, 2 high ceiling fixtures, and figured out a problem with flickering lights.

The previous time, they wired for a new patio cover. It was a complex job and we're very pleased with the outcome.

All the staff we worked with were courteous and very knowledgeable. We won't hesitate to call them again.

I have used RES several times to handle my electrical jobs. Each time they were very responsive on providing a quote for the job. The electricians were very knowledgeable and were willing to take the time to explain something to me if I had a question. RES is a top rate company and I liked how they made sure after the work was completed that I was satisfied with the job.

Called a couple of places last year when I started having issues with my lights and Billy was the only one who asked about house history and made suggestions about fixing the issue. Turns out it was just a case of bad brand new bulbs and I didn’t need an electrician but I certainly remember Billy from this experience. So of course I called Billy when my outlet went bad and needed replacing and of course Billy being Billy once again made suggestions about diagnosing whether it was the freezer or outlet that went bad. This is so rare nowadays to find people like Billy who wouldn’t charge you an arm and a leg just to look at the problem. Great guy and great service, I highly recommend RES!

Great company to work with. Communication is great--they communicate via phone, text, or email. I prefer text since I can respond when I can when at work, but Billy called to set up the appointment and talk about the work that needed to be done and price. I had a Tesla Wall Connector installed and they gave me a competitive price--they even checked to make sure whether or not I needed a permit from the City of Houston. I did find another company that would have done it for a lower price, but RES's service and professionalism won me over. The overall value, in the end, was better with RES. The day of the job, Billy communicated updates on arrival time and the two electricians came at the specified time and completed their work in less than an hour. Everything looked and worked great. They accept check, credit card, and Zelle, so payment is also convenient. Highly recommend this company and will go to them moving forward for any major electrical work I need done.
