We were able to schedule our appointment the same day and everything was very smooth. Kristina came in and addressed our issue quickly. She was polite and professional throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience.

Kristina did a great job mounting our TV. It wasn't until after she left that I realized I preferred some adjustments on our TV--I called back and asked if we could have it adjusted and she came back without hesitation even though it was completely my fault for not realizing my preference until her job was finished. She really made sure that I was satisfied with the adjustments and was pleasant the entire time she was working. I highly recommend Kristina!

First time using Mister Sparky today. They sent Kristina over as my electrician for the job today. She was on time, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable at her craft. She came in and did the job with care and in good timing. Would hire Mister Sparky again and recommend them to family and friends. Feels good to know we have great local electricians that we can count on in the Pearland area.

Great experience. Kristina was on time, went out of the way to double check the panel load, explain what we needed done and then answered all my questions. After doing the work she even swept the area before leaving.

The first electrician company we contacted never returned our call. I was able to schedule an appt online with Mister Sparky of Pearland for the first available time slot the next morning and Kristina did a great job removing and replacing our kitchen light fixture. She was extremely knowledgable, professional, and friendly. We were impressed with the service from both Kristina and Mister Sparky! Within 12 hours we had a new light fixture installed! Highly recommend and will call them in the future if needed.

We were able to get scheduled quickly and Kristina M. came out to give us an estimate. She was professional and very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding the work we are needing done.

I enjoyed having Kristina do my service. She explained everything to me. I will say the cost was culture shock, but on fixed income, most unplanned expenses are a shock. Kristina Markovic is very focused and skillful. She listened as I explained to her what had happened as she tested one thing and another. Very well trained and competent. The communication was great regarding my appointment and when the technician was going to arrive. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical work you might need.

Kristina was a ‘bright light’ in a dark room situation. Pun intended. She took her time and care looking into the situation presented as if it were her family home. She looked into all the angles presented and allowed my wishes to be the guide by which she addressed the concerns.
