Response to owner...My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am on March 7th. That was a Sunday. I thought that was an odd day but Cheryl said you were spending the majority of your time taking care of the winter storm customers.

Brian and his crew do exceptional work! They have completed several projects including siding, gutter, dry wall, and attic repair. I have these guys stored in my contacts for emergencies and when big jobs come up!

I found the experience unprofessional and a waste of my time. I requested an estimate for work and sent photos as requested. Despite this, I received repeated delays—every few days I would be asked for more information, followed by a request to visit in person. I provided available times, but then there was no response for days, and communication ended without an estimate ever being provided.
