Stay away from this company please, they abused their workers.. make them work hard and at the end don’t paid properly and find the ways for not paying them…bunch of thief’s

Mrs. Julieta Guerra, owner of this company, takes advantage of her workers and has a modus operandi that at the end of each project causes excuses for not paying for the work done, hanging up your collection calls with racist expressions, I profoundly refuse to recommend this company. In addition to that, she delays your payments and she is a very unbalanced person, you cannot talk to her, she humiliates others.

Driver of this business missed hitting my one year old and I at the intersection of I-10 & Sawyer by a few inches on 11/8/24 10:05 am She ran the red light. White lady, blonde hair needs to be more alert on the roads! Probably drunk like other reviews state!

Great service. See before after pictures. They did all this in a matter of hours, which I think is quite impressive.

I'm surprised to see so many reviews here are from Local Guides. Be CAUTIOUS of them. They get incentives to review local businesses whether they actually used them or not. I'm also a Local Guide; but more importantly I'm an actual home owner who used these guys.

I know these guys are amateurs when told told me it takes 4 hrs for the carpet to dry (8-10 hrs depends on ventilation & temp) The unmarked van got me wondering if these guys are for real. Btw, the office quoted me $180, they came out & said $300. And $70 more if I want detergent/chemical. WTF? Most carpet steam cleaner use some kind of shampoo. One guy with a machine for about 1 hr; not sure if he overlapped a bit when sweeping. Took me about 1 hr just to vacuum alone.

Next time I'd just rent RugOdor Pro (Model # 95371, $31/day) from Home Depot and two fans(Model # F504, $30/day each) Spend ~$120 and couple hrs; plus you have time to sweep over the carpet twice to get better clean.

I've used several Pearland carpet steam cleaner. Unfortunately the ones I ran into are not real pros; just get in & out quickly.

Btw, they also go by the name All State Air Ducts Pro . So be careful.

I had. A lot of damage done to my carpets, so I reluctantly had to hire a professional carpet cleaning company. These guys did a tremendous job doing the cleaning. The carpets were in atrocious shape and they did it fully within a few hours time. If I had to do it all over again, the only thing I'd change is doing it sooner. I'd definitely work with this company again, because they were really quite professional, I just wouldn't wait so long to do it. No doubts this second time around for me.

Ben came out this evening and did an amazing job cleaning all of the tile in our home, including the shower! They were very easy to communicate and work with from the beginning. Our floors haven’t looked this good since we moved in and I look forward to them doing our carpet in the coming months. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job and we will definitely be recommending you to our friends and family.

I hired K’s Cleaning when I moved into my apartment. There were two women that showed up and they were extremely professional and polite. They went through my entire home deep cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. They even went so far as to clean my floor to ceiling windows which I hadn’t even thought about. They even walked me through how to clean my floors since they were hardwood and I couldn’t use normal solution. I will use this company over and over. Great experience.

It was a nice place. The staff was really nice and respectful. They have really good filters for businesses. They would work really well. I will go back. They get the product on a reasonable day and a good time that works for you.

You girls are the best! I forgot an appointment and they were so understanding and forgiving. I really love that I get to pick the free extras. Its different than other places for price but its great idea. They are so friendly, do the best work and are so accomodating. Hope to never lose them.
