Mark is an absolute legend. My garage was buried under at least 2 tons (yes, literal tons) of construction debris: broken sheetrock, concrete chunks, tile, old cabinets, sinks, FOUR random toilets, pallets, wire shelving, cardboard, and years of junk stacked to the rafters. It looked like a demolition site exploded in there (pictures don’t even do the chaos justice).
I texted Mark the photos fully expecting him to say “this is a two-day job.” Nope. He quoted me fairly, showed up on time, and him and his guy crushed the entire nightmare in exactly 2 hours flat. Two hours! That gave me just enough time to race across town and pick my daughter up from daycare without being late. I’m a single mom — that kind of reliability means the world to me.
These guys were perfect gentlemen from the second they pulled up: super polite, respectful of the new framing and drywall, careful not to track anything through the house, and when they were done loading every single pound of that 2+ tons of mess… Mark grabbed a broom and swept the entire garage until it looked brand-new. Spotless. I almost cried.
Communication was flawless — fast replies, no hidden fees, no drama, just straight-up good people doing great work.
