They said they would perform my job for $175 if I proved my own replacement parts. If they provided the parts the charge will be $425. I called them to explain I was able to obtain the replacement part. Then Eric the technician called and said he would still need to charge $425. When I tried to explain to Eric this is not what I agreed too the day before he started screaming and cursing about his dispatchers. When I tried to call the company phone number all they do is hang up. I called the dispatch and he was completely clueless and tried to make excuses. These people are completely unprofessional. All the 5 star reviews have to be fake.
