Janitorial reviews in Pearland, Texas

Great cleaning

Great construction cleaning company

Stay away from this company please, they abused their workers.. make them work hard and at the end don’t paid properly and find the ways for not paying them…bunch of thief’s

Mrs. Julieta Guerra, owner of this company, takes advantage of her workers and has a modus operandi that at the end of each project causes excuses for not paying for the work done, hanging up your collection calls with racist expressions, I profoundly refuse to recommend this company. In addition to that, she delays your payments and she is a very unbalanced person, you cannot talk to her, she humiliates others.

Driver of this business missed hitting my one year old and I at the intersection of I-10 & Sawyer by a few inches on 11/8/24 10:05 am She ran the red light. White lady, blonde hair needs to be more alert on the roads! Probably drunk like other reviews state!

Went above and beyond and were available at the last minute. Thanks again!

They did an awesome job and they are very very very cheap I would recommend them to anybody and they did a very good job

I had AB clean, clean my aging mother‘s house. She’s getting to where she can’t do it anymore and they’ve done an awesome job really wonderful people to work with. Thank you.

Wonderful Company ! Outstanding service! Immaculate cleaning

AB Cleaning has been doing biweekly cleanings for me for several years now. They are always thorough & encourage any feedback regarding their services.

Not only did AB do a fantastic job cleaning, but they helped me organize to keep the house clean. Wonderful experience. Definitely worth the price!

This review is way overdue, but I used this company for my business in Webster. We had about 13,000 sqft and they kept it SPOTLESS.

When the inevitable surprises arose (i.e. toilet over flowed and flooded 2 rooms) they were there in a flash to fix the problem and were invaluable in preventing further damage to our facility.

And their customer service is everything you could hope for. Very professional, yet very personal.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. If you're searching for a new cleaning service you found it.

The owners of this service company are phenomenal! They are responsive, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. No job is too big for them and they complete the work with a smile! Definitely recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

This company started cleaning a facility that we use for business meetings. I could definitely see the changes in the building after they have begun providing their service. The attention to detail and the care of the service provided is wonderful. Thank you AB Clean for making my experience in your commercial buildings pleasant.

I have been using AB Janitorial Services for both my office and residence for over a year. They have consistently done an exceptional job and I have always been extremely impressed by their customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and affordable cleaning service.

Principal cleaners thank you for the job well done.

I especially appreciated how they were mindful of my preferences and used eco-friendly products, which is important for my family. The kitchen and bathrooms looked brand new, and even hard-to-reach spots were spotless.

I have alway had negative experiences about cleaners coming to my house because they never did a great job. I can say now I’m 100% satisfied and happy with the service Principal Cleaners rendered me. They are supper friendly and always make sure the customer is satisfied with their services. I highly recommend…..
