We've been using this plumber for our house and our business for more than 5 years!! They are always responsive and very professional to our questions and needs. They helped us fix our water leak on our house and office back in the freeze storm in 2021 and we were back to business within 3 days. We won't go anywhere else for our plumbing needs.

I called Todd to check out a blocked line to my bath. He came out, told me the line had to be replaced to the sewer, it would be around $3000 and he could do it immediately. I told him OK and then had second thoughts since I hadn't had another plumber check it out. I emailed him within 5 hours of him leaving my home to tell him I wanted to cancel until I thought about it. I then received an intimidating email from him saying I'd never be able to find someone else to do it like he could at the price. His tone was alarming. I responded that I wanted more time. The very next day the city inspectors arrived at my home saying they had been tipped off that I had an open sewer line. Todd was the only one who had been there. So, if you don't hire Todd be prepared for the backlash. Of course, I'm an older woman, so he might have had me pegged as a 'mark'. Very unpleasant experience with this man. Oh, and got it done for $1700 the next week.

Todd came on time for my plumbing inspection. He is a very nice and professional plumber. During the service, he also kindly taught me several tips on how to maintain the plumbing system. I highly recommend him.

Todd was very professional. I was able to easily reach him and communicate my issue with him. I even sent him some photos from my phone and was able to get an estimate before the job even began since it was a fairly straight forward job. Other places that I had contacted gave me the run around and were vague and wanted to lock down the fee for showing up and would not even ball park what the job would cost ahead of time. I would recommend Todd to others and use him again.

My family overpaid Todd, who did a terrible job and very unprofessional, full of lies! I had to hire another plumber redo lots of his work and told me I could have done it better and cheaper. Todd might be able to unclog your toilet ok, but he can’t do professional serious plumbing jobs. Avoid this company and save your money and time!
