BIG THANK!!! to Javier Luis Dora and Kyle. They worked seamlessly with their contractors, creating the most amazing pool it's almost finished, and we are so excited. The whole project has come together so fast. I can't believe it. Houston, bring the heat and humidity. We will be ready in our new premier pool!!!!

Ron has been so helpful, even after completion of the pool. His responsiveness is what impressed me most. I just had an issue with my pool pump and was panicked because we had guests coming over the next day. He patiently walked me through steps to get the pump up and running within minutes! Amazing customer service. Very genuine people.

Run VERY FAST away from Premier Pools & Spas. We signed the contract on 7-6-2021. It took them until 1-3-2022 to dig. To date the pool has not done. On 3-8-2022 the plumbing inspection failed. It took me to tell them we had failed the plumbing inspection. As of today no one has been out to fix the issues the inspector failed them on. They still have not dug the drains and, if you can believe this, the plumber they hired to to install the plumbing did not even install a P-Trap. Besides all of this, there is no communication from anyone from the company. I have had to chase them down the whole time since the beginning of this project. I have spoken to the owner Steve Unger twice and he like all the others at this company over promises and does not not deliver. As I stated run as fast as you can from this horrible, unorganized, unprofessional company.

UPDATE 4-29-22
These guys do not know what they are doing. The inspection that failed on 3-8-22, till has not passed it. To date they have not called the city of Pasadena to set up another inspection(I call the city at least once a month now to find out if they have heard from anyone from Premier and I'm always told they have not. We would not have passed anyway because their plumbers (RAM Plumbing) installed the wrong PVC pipes. Out of the blue yesterday a crew of plumbers showed up (no one told they would be here) and ripped ALL the wrong white PVC pipes they had installed, and replaced them with green PVC sewer pipe, mind you the rebar was in place so they had to cut the green PVC in several places to get it to fit under the the rebar.
We are so sick of dealing with them and I'm going to presume it next to impossible to have any warranty work done if anything goes wrong with the pool in the future.
BOTTOM LINE........RUN VERY FAST FROM THIS COMPANY.....VERY FAST!
