This management company is not in touch with their staff on any level. Having the staff unsupervised and making up their own rules for the pools is the most unprofessional business structure I’ve ever been subject to. Our HOA president and treasurer will 100% be notified of this and I ensure we will not have this company back at our subdivision moving forward. I advise all that consider this company to look into it first and ensure you’re not putting your residents in this same situation.

I use BCA Pools for several community pools, and they are by far the best pool company I’ve worked with. They are extremely responsive and consistently go above and beyond to ensure the pools they manage are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
On several occasions, I’ve had to call for emergency repairs, including after-hours, and Jared has been outstanding. He promptly responds to calls and texts and gets the issue resolved quickly and professionally.
I can’t give Jared and BCA Pools enough praise — they are hands down a great company to work with and a true asset to any community.

Built a metal raised platform for the equipment. The experience was great. Although there was a delay in getting the parts, Steven kept me informed and brought a temporary filter for the pool during the process. I am very pleased with the final product. Solid work. Highly recommended.

Our five-year goal was to construct an inground pool. During this time, I thoroughly researched builders, high-quality equipment, and signs of unreliable contractors. I obtained bids from seven builders and ultimately chose to work with Steve. This decision has been nothing short of extraordinary. The dig date was April 5th, and by May 10th, we were already swimming. The entire process was so seamless that I am still amazed. Steve was present every day to oversee the project from beginning to end. He answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial, and seemed to anticipate every need as though he could read my mind.
