Still waiting to be scheduled for the last service of the entire process...carpet cleaning. This has been a thoroughly unpleasant and completely drawn-out experience. I would not recommend anyone use their services. Any other Realtors, Property Managers or homeowners should definitely find an alternative company if you want to avoid possible issues. ***UPDATE*** 3 weeks ago when I posted this review, I had an appointment scheduled the following week. Amazingly, within the hour a representative called, and informed me there was an available appointment the next morning. I accepted it. When they arrived (late) they asked us what the scope of the work entailed and though there to clean the carpet, no one had shoe booties. I requested and provided them, only able to because of work. Additionally, there was an incident involving the accidental breaking of a picture frame. At no point was anyone less than kind, polite, genuinely apologetic, and trying to fix some of the issues. I responded in kind because I appreciated the ownership and had no reason to react differently. The crew, Leslie and a couple of administrative staff were key in wrapping this repair up. The carpet wasn't this clean when we purchased our home. I just hate to feel like I had to speak up to get service I expected at the start. They replaced my picture frame and did everything with a smile & kind word.

We were gone on vacation for an extended period of time. We found water in the majority of the house when we returned. Air conditioner plumbing had stopped up the sink. Our insurance AARP suggested we call ServPro. We did and they responded almost immediately. The supervisor , Hendriks, came out with his crew and got to work. They were all very friendly and did their best to make as little interference as possible. Can't say enough good thinks about Hendriks. he was very friendly and understodd the pressure we were feeling. He did a moisture check throughout the house and made certain that I knew exactly what he was doing and what the next steps were. His crew did amazing work. Hendricks came back a day and a half later to check on the progress of the dehumidifier and the condition of our floors. His friendliness and knowledge of what was being done or what would need to be done made a stressful situation easier to deal with. He is a true asset to the company.
I highly recommend him and ServPro.

We have been, unfotunately, having to deal with two major repairs to our home, due to water damage. First from the tropical storm back in May, 2024 that damagerd our roof, resulting in extensive to our second floor. And again, in November, we found water damage resulting from a leaking water pipe in our attic that caused extensive damage to our downstairs kitchen, pantry and surrounding area.
We were recommended by our contractor to call Servpro of Friendswood, Pearland & South Pasadena. He was so right to have recommeneded them. We have been very happy with the job they have done for us with both disasters.
I especially want to give praise the team lead by Robert Morales. They are very punctual and always call to say when we can expect them to arrive. Always on time. They are very courteous and friendly, and have a great attitude. Such a pleasure to have them work in our home.

We had ServPro do the rebuild after a water line leak. The leak impacted 4 rooms. ServPro came out and estimated the repairs needed. After the insurance approved the estimate, Alfonso,
from ServPro, contacted us to do a pre-job walk thru. I was impressed with Alfonso. We reviewed the estimate while at the impacted areas of my home in detail. Found a couple of things that needed to be added to the estimate. That work was approved. The crafts made the repairs. I was also impressed with the craftsmen and their work. Very professional. Cleaned up at the end of each workday. I will use ServPro again. If you are lucky, Alfonso and his crew will be the folks that makes your repairs. My house looks like the water leak never happened.

Though we came to do business by an unfortunate circumstance, I am so thankful for the service that Richard Bedoya and his team have provided me. They were professional, punctual, and efficient. Each person took care in handling my items and I was communicated with every step of the way before, during, and after cleaning and storage. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who values organization and premier customer service.

Upgraded rating: We have used SERVPRO twice and their water mitigation services are excellent. They were very fast and handled the situation in my home with no issues. Communication was excellent and we are very pleased with that part of their service.

However, I cannot speak to their repair work. We were ultimately told that they could not perform the work after waiting over a month for a response and had to find another contractor. This significantly delayed our ability to get our home put back in working order.

Servpro has been amazing, always keep you updated and makes sure you will be comfortable in your situation, no problem is too big, and they will always find a solution, highly recommend, P.S Roberts crew is amazing, very kind young man ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Robert Morales and his team along with Abel did an amazing job in making a very stressful situation easier to deal with under the circumstances. Robert is very thorough and took the time to explain his plan of action each time we had a question. We really appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness.

SERVPRO was fantastic! Our downstairs flooded a few days before Christmas and they really got us through it. They were incredibly professional, helped us get everything cleaned up and dried out in time for Christmas morning. Their staff is kind and very knowledgeable. They were also really helpful when it came to billing and working with our insurance company. Our point of contact, Daniela, was super sweet and very patient while helping us navigate a stressful situation. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend.

Great group of people, great owner, great project manager Alfonso. Jade is awesome. Only complaint would be the painter could have been better. Other than that, great team of people there.

My insurance hired Servpro for my house water damage conflict. I wasn't too sure about the company or how they would work. I was very concerned and worried. Servpro did not disappoint me at all! They're an excellent crew. The workers and lead man (Robert) are very nice, as well as Maria, and the Venezuelan worker man are great, friendly personalities and very hardworking. They all made me feel comfortable and safe in my home. All my house furniture/belongings were treated with care and, most importantly, nothing got lost. The job was outstanding. I strongly recommend Servpro. They are professional and get the job done fast and accurately. It will be the best decision you'll ever make they won’t disappoint you at all.

The on-site service providers were very thorough, courteous and competent vendors. The on-site coordinator, Alfonso, did an excellent professional job. He did an excellent job of defining the scope of their services and the timing for completing the contracted work. I will recommend his service to anyone who has a need because I know that he will provide excellent service.

Alfonso was the hands down best job coordinator I’ve ever had! He was always aware of the project plan and of the details, and he kept us updated on current status and next steps. Toward the end of the project, we had a bad problem with our deadline for moving out of temporary housing. This deadline pressure was not directly Servpro’s fault, but Alfonso went to extraordinary effort to finish on time. He was an excellent communicator and made it easy for both my wife and myself to work with. Alfonso scheduled times and dates for our next meet and always showed up when he said he would - a rare trait with previous contractors. Bottom line is that we were totally happy with Alfonso! After having ServPro at our church to handle our flooding situation in the lower level, I am pleased to highly recommend Blake and his team from ServPro for the outstanding service they provided in cleaning up our lower level. Blake demonstrated professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. This is my first time with an experience like this. Hurricane Beryl caused a lot of headache. I was referred to ServePro. I had water damage, roof damage, and other issues. ServPro responded extremely fast. My contact was Blake Villareal. He was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. Excellent customer service compared to other experiences. We are not completely through the process, but so far I am extremely please, feel much better, and would refer this company.
