Jenn Forgey is very knowledgeable, responsive and fair. She helped me resolve an issue which would have been too expensive for formal remediation. Instead, she shared which product available in any common cleaning supply store would do the trick, and it absolutely worked! I loved her energy, and wish her and Servepro the very best.

Our house was struck by lightning this morning causing a line on our hot water heater to explode along with other issues. I sent Jen a text early this morning while I was on the phone with our insurance company and she had a crew at my house an hour later to help with the water damage. Amazing customer service! I am working with client buying a home that tested positive for mold. We needed to work fast to get an estimate for the mold remediation. We had a deadline to meet. Jen understood our need, took ownership, and acted with urgency. She accommodated us and was proactive in completing the sketch. Keith supported in ensuring the sketch was done properly. Both were knowledgeable and professional. If mold remediation is the task at hand, I recommend working with Servpro.

We went with Servpro as a recommendation from our insurance to install new flooring and repaint our living room after a sudden water leak. Please don’t use this company if you value quality work, clear communication, and a fair price. The original estimate they gave us was for the replacement of hardwood floor but we requested LVP to be installed. The estimator stated that would be no problem and a change order would be issued for the price difference. An accurate change order was never provided. They stated that, in the original contract, we agreed to the overall amount versus the itemized cost for what was actually installed. We ended up paying $4000 more than the work actually completed. The Construction Manager, Johnathan Hallmark, did not know what a change order was. The Project Manager, Pete Arellano, would call us last minute if the sub contractors weren’t able to show up that day, or not call us at all. The painters got paint on our furniture and cleaned their supplies in our garden bed. Their subcontractor sawed all his cuts in the house getting saw dust everywhere and did not clean up before leaving. Overpaying is one thing, but we were mainly discouraged by the unprofessionalism of the company. Not typically one to leave a review, but our experience was just awful. Please go with any other contractor!

I contracted Jesus to replace my gutters after the recent storm. He came by and gave me a estimate and it was the most conclusive one I had received. Due to the size of my house, he recommended replacing my 5 inch gutters with 6 inch. I agreed and when i was scheduled for the service his crew showed up and did an excellent job. I would personally recommend Discount Rain Gutters, Inc. for any gutter installation.

We had Discount Rain Gutters install our gutters way back in 2010, and their work has held up incredibly well. Recently we had some electrical work done that damaged one section of the gutters, and we wanted to add another downspout to attach to some new rain barrels. Jesus and his team came out and did everything we asked and even some light painting that we didn’t request to ensure the job looked seamless. Great work, great team, and great pricing. We highly recommend.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt moved to because we had such an amazing experience with DRG. We could not be happier with the work, product and overall experience. The professionalism of this company and the team who installed our gutters it top tier. Communication and planning was seamless and on the actual day of install the team was on time, efficient, professional and didn’t leave any mess behind. I now have upgraded gutters, more areas of coverage and my home looks beautiful! Definitely recommend this company - you will not be disappointed!!

UPDATE: We had DRG come back to put guards/barriers (not sure what they are called actually) on our gutters so leaves and stuff don’t block them up - let me just say, another successful job! The crew was fast, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We are STILL very happy customers and my husband is even happier that he doesn’t have to climb ladders to clear our gutters. Don’t think twice about using DRG - they ARE experts!!!!

I've had gutter installation work done by Discount Rain Gutter twice now. Both times they were punctual, with the quotation process as well as the actual work. They spent a good amount of time with me discussing precisely where things would go, and how they would handle some trickier aspects of the roof geometry. Work was completed exactly as we had agreed on, and the workmanship is solid. No complaints, would recommend them highly.
