Billy was rude the moment we walked in the door. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly came across as uneducated in how to deal with customers. Instead of helping, he seemed irritated right away and took his frustration out on us.
The issue clearly stemmed from poor communication within their own company, yet he blamed us for simply following the instructions we were given. Even after we explained that we were just doing what we had been told, he continued to argue and speak to us in a disrespectful manner.
At that point, it wasn’t worth dealing with his attitude any longer. We chose to leave and take our business elsewhere. We ended up going down the road to Elliott’s Electrical Supply, where we were treated with basic professionalism and respect—something this place seriously lacks.
Would not recommend based on this experience. -

Unprofessional and nobody was working, everyone was standing around talking and on their phones while people were waiting. Don’t buy from here.
