We have been using Jackie and her crew for years! I have also sent countless clients to her team as well. They do a fantastic job and always have!!

The girls work really hard and quality is good but not perfect. My only wish is that the owner provided better equipment to the staff. For example, the vacuums used could have a better suction which would improve the quality provided.

I used Quality Clean for a move out clean and the ladies did a wonderful job. They arrived early and extremely polite and professional. Will definitely use them for future cleaning needs.

I get it. It can feel a little weird having strangers come into your house, staring down your dust bunnies and touching your stuff. It was weird for me, too. (My house was a total disaster the first time they came out!) Are they going to judge me? Do I need to count the silver when they're gone? Having been a Quality Clean Services client for two years, I can emphatically say there's nothing to feel weird about, the dust bunnies are long gone and nothing has ever mysteriously vanished. Shelly is extremely professional and courteous. My house never looked so immaculate and smelled so good as after Shelli worked so hard to thoroughly clean it. Even if Shelli is running 5 minutes late, she texts to keep you updated of her arrival time (she's very prompt). What Shelli does in 2 hours, would take me 4 hours! I'm so glad I finally made the investment to hire a professional house cleaner and thrilled that I found Shelli! Highly recommend!

You cannot go wrong with this cleaning company. I got bids from other companies and they were like robots and gave much higher numbers for less service. The owner, Jackie is amazing. She is a real person and she understands everyone's needs. She will go above and beyond. Example: When the cleaner arrived at my house one week, she smelled gas. She called Jackie who of course called me, but also because I was across town, went to my house and waited until the gas people arrived. She fits me in last minute always. She is Super Woman. Do not deny yourself this fabulous, personalized service. Your life will be much happier I promise!!!!
