I am a disabled military veteran with multiple health issues including breathing issues. My daughter has been plagued with congestion and sneezing on multiple days of the week, every week. I contacted Austin Breeze, lnc. to have them evaluate our HVAC system for possible dust and mold contaminants.

Austin Breeze responded quickly to our request for help. They did a thorough inspection and identified problems with lots of dust in the HVAC ductwork and dust and some mold in the plenum. I was shown photographs of the problem areas, and was given a very reasonable price to have the HVAC ductwork and plenum cleaned.

Throughout the entire process, the crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was shown photographs of the work when the remediation and sanitation was done. I was very impressed. I was most impressed a few days later when I realized just how much better my daughter and I are breathing now. I highly recommend these folks.

Good for the price but not a complete job. This service only covers the plenums and not all the vents individually.

We suspected we had mold in our ducts and I contacted four companies that had high ratings on Yelp. It was the weekend. The only one to reply immediately was Austin Breeze. The others took about a day. I scheduled Summer Breeze for an inspection that confirmed the mold. Ben, the technician, gave us a proposal and I scheduled the job for a few days later. Ben took pictures, explained the situation and what was necessary, and completed the job in one day. I would highly recommend Summer Breeze.

Ben is a standup gentleman. He went above and beyond to make sure our system was clean and setup for success. We were having major dust and cleanliness issues with our system, and he came and cleaned the whole system and installed a UV light to make sure no more mold issues happen again. Would highly recommend!

Superb job.. very responsive, friendly, and professional. When my dryer still wasn't drying properly after the initial vent cleaning, he came back, cleaned the vent again, and thoroughly inspected everything. He helped identify that the real issue was a leak behind the dryer, not the vent itself. I really appreciated his attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

Our entire experience and to end was so professional and easy. After my first inquiry I had a service booked less than one week later. The team that came to provide the service David and Ray were 10 minutes early and extremely courteous. They took their shoes off before walking on the carpeting and cleaned up meticulously after themselves. Just an A+ experience. Highly recommend. Oh, and by the way my dryer is now functioning efficiently again!

Ben, the owner, came out quickly to give me a bid. He listened well, even to financial considerations, and showed me live video of the insulation and duct areas. (no doubt about cons here!) His bid seemed a little high at first, but we got the ducts cleaned, soffit vents replaced and the insulation blown in (which was non-existent. My AC guy came the next day and was full of compliments about the work. It made his job much easier. I highly recommend this local business to anyone needing to help their ACs work easier or dealing with allergies and dust.

Eran was as honest as they come and let me know our air duct mold problem didn't need a Band-Aid... it needed surgery.

The team came in, replaced our old air ducts (finally brought them into this century! ), cleaned the unaffected ducts, and completed a preventative mold treatment.

Ben came out to clear out the duct for our dryer. He was very professional and provided exceptional service. At the initial contact we received detailed analysis of our situation and the proposed solution and cost (which was in line with our expectation). The work was done when promised (the next week) and in accord with our agreement and expectation -- with one small problem that was fixed within a couple of days and before we had to pay.

Despite the huge demand of emergency needs for other customers, Brent's accommodated us quickly for tree removal. Customer service both by phone with staff as well as in person with Darrell, was superior.
