Dustin did a good job. Explained all the products and what was needed for our carpet. He went above and beyond to clean our carpet. Carpet looks great. So far so good. We would endorse A-1 and Dustin to all who read this.

i just got my carpets spruced up by a fantastic cleaning service and what a superb job scott did. i had some pet spots and he completely eradicated them. from my initial phone call to book a slot, everyone was so agreeable and lovely. you won't believe this. i was allocated a 10am to 11am slot for scott's arrival and he showed up at 9:50am. when does that ever happen when you invite any worker to your place. scott was so courteous. he detailed everything properly and finished the task promptly. having a chat with him, he mentioned how delighted he was to be part of this team. he likes that it isn't a gigantic corporation and is family run. he said it's such a pleasure to head to work each day and be with great owners, supervisors and teammates. i'll be more than happy to recommend this service and utilize them again. i prefer to back smaller business proprietors instead of massive franchises. thanks scott, it was a pleasure doing business with you. my carpets feel brand new again.

Jay did an exceptional job, putting in a lot of effort and precision to remove the stain from our carpet. We are completely pleased with his work from this top-notch carpet cleaning service in Pilot Point. Much thanks!

Amazing job! Pedro and Bryan showcased their expertise and were very enlightening. My carpets now look dazzling, and I gained knowledge on how to maintain them properly. Levi is an absolute pro at cleaning carpets. For a decade now, we've been contentedly utilizing his skills. His charges are quite fair and affordable. I feel totally fine letting him handle his job in our house. Over the last 5 years, our aging dog's mishaps increasingly made a mess of our carpets. But, they always look as good as new after Levi's done with them. After our beloved pet passed away, we finally decided to get a new carpet this year. We also had Levi clean our tile that was stained not just by the dog, but also from 13 years of wear and tear. My tile is looking brand spanking new now!! Big thanks to pinnacle carpet cleaners for always doing a fantastic job! I know I can always rely on levi!!

Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners' team was super polite and efficient, doing a top-notch job. They showed up on schedule and within 60 minutes, they had cleaned 2 compact bedrooms and a rug - vacuuming, steam cleaning, treating for pets, and applying a deodorizer plus a carpet protection treatment. The work they did was well worth the cost. It's like our carpet got a second chance—it looks so much better. Heartland was our go-to before, but now we'll keep using pinnacle. We wouldn't think twice about suggesting this service to others. The fastest way to get in touch was via email with levi as opposed to a phone call. Levi was prompt in answering all questions. Give them five stars!

Levi from Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners was remarkably skilled and efficient. I had an appointment for a carpet cleaning service in Pilot Point between 9 and 12. There was a minor hiccup in the scheduling and my appointment began a bit later, after 3. However, Levi seamlessly handled the situation and turned everything around! He is certainly deserving of all the commendations! I will definitely be seeking his carpet cleaning expertise next time. Thank you!

after weeks of waiting for my carpet cleaning to be scheduled, i was starting to think the pet odor would never come out of my living room carpet (my cat had a few accidents in the same spot). i even tried another cleaning company before, but the smell just wouldn't go away. my next call was to a different carpet cleaning service, and i'm so glad i did! levi and the team did an amazingly thorough job, cleaning not just the top of the carpet but also deep down into the fibers and even under the edges. i'm happy to say the smell is finally gone! i highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning, especially if you have a tough job like mine.

Jay and Todd from Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners did a remarkable job. They transformed my fairly large, off-white carpet to look as immaculate as when it was new. Throughout the entire process, they maintained great communication with me and also taught me about the aftercare process. Bryan, from the management team, even made a follow-up call after the service to ensure the quality of work done. I couldn't recommend them more, here in Pilot Point!

Todd from Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners did an outstanding job, he was friendly and skilled. He took the time to carefully explain the carpet cleaning process he was using in Pilot Point. Additionally, he also ensured the safety of my kitten, something I greatly appreciated. All of this was done as part of the highly respected services of Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners.

Scott and Todd from Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners are FANTASTIC! They are proficient, talented, and their customer service is top-notch. I would not hesitate to call them again. I chose them as a new customer, even though there are many more affordable options in Pilot Point... but the EXCELLENCE of their carpet cleaning service is certainly worth it!

The team arrived promptly as planned in Pilot Point. They were exceptionally cordial, providing advice on the best techniques for cleaning my carpets. Bryan and Jay, from the crew, took a moment to explain the unique characteristics of woolen materials. Their main goal was to ensure satisfaction, and they certainly accomplished that. These helpful guys did a fantastic job. They truly exceeded expectations in providing a top-notch carpet and rug cleaning service.

pinnacle carpet cleaners gave me the best carpet cleaning experience i've ever had. from booking my carpet and upholstery cleaning, to their on-time arrival and the great pricing, everything was smooth and simple. pedro was friendly, professional, and honest. i was surprised to pay less than i expected, and he even cleaned an extra rug for free. now my carpets and sofa look and smell fresh, all for a price that can't be beat. i only wish i'd scheduled with them sooner. don't wait if your carpets or upholstery need cleaning—it's easy!
