After moving into our newly renovated home in Pilot Point, we experienced some heavy rain and discovered water in our slab floor air ducts. I reached out to a local company, and the price to switch everything to attic ducts was extremely high. Instead, I decided to call an air duct cleaning service. A couple of days later, Derek came over for a video inspection of our ducts. He found that the plenum was pretty rusted and one duct had a large hole. I had them return to clean and line the ducts. Derek and his team were very professional and made sure my house was just as clean as when they arrived. I waited through a few more heavy rains before writing this, and I’ve had zero problems since. The service was finished in under four hours, and the value is much better compared to other options. I highly recommend their air duct cleaning and repair services. I’ve even got before and after photos of my plenum to show the difference!
