Great service for whole house generator before and after the sale.

I was pleased with the service from BrotherlyLove Electric. I think the tech’s name was Gary but I could be forgetting. He was professional and knowledgeable and went inside and out diagnosing the issue. He actually helped fix the problem before determining a more expensive approach was needed. I would call this company again when future electric needs arise.

We recently purchased a whole home generator from Brotherlylove Electric. They handled everything from sales to installation and with complete professionalism. They communicated with us during each phase of the process. We are very happy we chose them!

We just got our generator installed by BrotherlyLove and we are very happy with the installation. Our generator had to go onto our flat roof over the garage as we are in a townhouse so no means to install ground level. Their employee Saundra worked with the city to obtain all required permits and was always very responsive!
In fact all of their employees were very responsive, like Daniel, Matthew, Raymond plus others.
We haven’t had to use the generator yet so not sure how it will respond to outages but I’m very confident it will.

I contacted Brotherlylove Electric to get an EV charger installed in my garage. They responded quickly to learn more about what I needed and came out the next day to evaluate the project and to provide a quote. They got an electrician out within a couple days and did a great job getting things done. Quick and easy, and the service and experience with the electrician was excellent. 5 star in all aspects!

We purchased a tri-fuel portable generator and needed a breaker interlock and 50amp inlet receptacle installed so we could use the generator to power our house. After getting an outrageous quote from a competitor, we called Brotherlylove Electric. They were reasonably priced. We made an appointment with them for installation that was within a few days. The electrician arrived early for the job and was very friendly. He explained exactly what he was installing, how long it would take and even how to plug in the generator step by step. After he was done with the installation, he explained everything again and showed me how to work the interlock and how to plug in the generator. He also verified that the 75ft cord I was going to purchase for the generator had the correct type of plug. We were extremely happy with Brotherlylove Electric.

I had a couple of issues with my generator but the techs worked diligently to fix all the problems to the point that my generator hums now. I appreciate all the work and the constant commitment to make sure the job was completed not only to my satisfaction but to the company’s standards. After numerous power outages due to fact that Centerpoint energy can’t supply electricity to their customers on a constant basis, I decided to spring for a full house generator. Having been disgusted by the “big name” in the industry, I contacted Brotherly Love. The process was excellent from start to finish. The estimate process was flawless. The communication regarding costs and scheduling was exemplary. Gas hook up, and electric set up was almost seamless; and they had to run the main line through the attic. The tutoring session was outstanding and ALL customers should assure that they take advantage of the suppliers tips and hints. Every person I spoke to; especially Miss Sondra who effectively answered all my 10,000 stupid questions, were outstanding representatives of the company. It’s a big investment, but 1) it’s worth the peace of mind and 2) I couldn’t have found a better vendor for this service. Thank you Brotherly Love! Signed - a new customer for life.

Brotherly Love did 3 electrical jobs at our home. All efficient and quick. John was considerate and very experienced. He cleaned up everything when done. 3 jobs cost less than half what another company had bid for just one of them . Very pleased with Brotherly Love!
