I had been without running water for 3 days, waiting for the homeowners to find someone with either, 1. availability, or 2. willing to travel to my area. (We are in the southern most part of fort bend county, not around the corner from anyone.) Finally on day 4, the warranty company called me with the owner of IDU PLUMBING, LLC on the line for a conference call so that he could hear from me what the problem was and whether or not he would be able to find time in his schedule come all the way out here, which is over an hour away from his location. After hearing the problem, he knew it wasn't going to be a quick fix, and it would require cancellations for others on his schedule. However, once he heard I had a special needs son and that my husband was a verteran of the US Military, he immediately made the decision to clear his schedule for the entire next day in order to make sure we didn't have to go another day without water. This gentleman is true to his word, exceptional at what he does, and very meticulous and thorough.

Now, this story takes a turn for the worst. When he arrived the first thing the next morning, he had to call the warranty company to get approval for the repair, (which they ended up denying on a verbal technicality- smh). That's when he really saved the day. He had learned my husband was away until Dec, so basically I'm a single mom of two boys, one being severely autistic, plus the fact that WE NEED RUNNING WATER, he offered to work with me on the cost, by giving us his veterans discount, which now made the total costs of the repair something we could afford. I don't know what would have happened had he not chosen to clear his schedule for an entire day to come out here. He truly is one of God's angels.

I would recommend IDU PLUMBING, LLC, to anyone and everyone needing a plumber. I'm plan to be calling him again soon! (my autistic son is hard on the house- all of it!)

Your records indicate that I've not been a customer? That certainly is aligned with the experience we had when you were here. This was a Sears Home Warranty call for our tankless water heater. I was at work, but the guys that showed up told my wife that the problem was caused by our unit being too small for the house. That's ridiculous. The unit has been in the house for 3 years. We've never had an issue like this before. The two guys were rude and talked down to my wife when she tried to explain things.

I cannot say enough how much Mr. Anderson was a true blessing to me and my family in our time of need. He was prompt and very professional about helping us when our water heater went out. He also found that my water heater was still under warranty. Which was such a blessing. He also went out of his way to reinstall the one on the weekend. Great man and great service.
