Had a condenser motor that needed replaced as couldn’t get heat in house above 60*. They came out the next morning and fixed us up. Warm and toasty now.

Bought a new "smart" thermostat to help regulate our home and hopefully improve our monthly bills. I tried to install it myself and couldn't get it to work so I called Applegate.
They were very professional on the phone, scheduled me a technician and said they would call prior to coming.
Within a few hours we were notified of our tech "Trae" who would be coming by.
He was very professional, personable, heard my concerns, talked me thru what could be possible issues, and then he began to install the new thermostat.
Within 15 minutes he had figured out my error, corrected it, and was already helping me walk thru digital set up on my phone (it is wifi/app enabled) and he even gave me some "personal" recommendations since he knew personally of this thermostat and prior customer feedback and his own research to help me work thru some settings and preferences.
Trae was amazing, courtesy, and utmost professional. He was in and out with 30 minutes, gave me a fair pricing for his services.

It was such a pleasure doing business with this company. We are new homeowners and quite leary of contractors being dishonest. Wesley was professional, honest, courteous and explained everything in detail. We were lucky enough to find this company & technician.
He installed our system 19 years ago! It was no longer cooling & I was praying it only needed Freon. To our surprise it did not need Freon and our system was working fine. Wesley explained that “ants” were clogging up our system. He cleaned them out and sprayed it. He also recommended that we sprinkle granules around our system on the ground to keep the ants away. We were so happy with his service.

It was time for our fall service. Trey is awesome as always very thorough making sure that we are safe for the winter.

We have been using Applegate for all of our ac needs (from general unit tune ups to duct repairs to unit parts and replacements) over the past few years. They are always so friendly and pleasant to work with from the technicians, office staff and owners. They were quick to respond and after a short inspection were able to analyze what was weans repaired it. I am very pleased with their service.

He was on time.
When he serviced my system he somehow blew insulation through every duct into every room of my house.
I had to run out to my garage and yell into the attic that he was blowing insulation throughout my house. He apologized and stated that he left a door open.
That doesn’t help me if my flexible ductwork has insulation in it now. Or we have to keep cleaning it up everytime my system comes on.
He did complete the service and everything seemed fine other than the insulation issue that we had.
