We have used Aguirre's Plumbing for many years and they have always responded quickly. They do a great job and we would recommend them.

The absolute worst plumbing business! Called and no one answered. They then sent me a text message. The lady said they would be out Thursday. Thursday came and I texted them to ask if they were still coming to work on my kitchen sink. She texted back and said I was definitely on the list for that day. It’s now Monday and I’ve yet to see any plumber at my door, never got a call or text from them again. They don’t answer and when they do, it’s all lies. The worst costumer service. No professionalism, DO NOT go with this company if you want stuff done and done right.

Chad has saved us more than once with our units. Chad installed our units years ago and new his work was quality that these not running was something else. Sure enough being a 3 phase house one leg had kicked down. Most recently I called at 7:30 am and my unit was up and running with a new fan motor with in an hour. He is all about saving your units and your money customer service at its best. If you need service or install you need Bennett Heating and Air.

I placed an AC work order with Fidelity National Home Warranty at 8:30 am and Bennett Heating and Air arrived at my home at 8:45 am. Normally, it takes 1 to 3 days for the AC work order to be assigned. The Bennett workers resolved the problem within the hour! Excellent work and customer service!

They were very professional and super nice. They cleaned EVERYTHING up including the old unit. He made sure that we knew how to work the thermostat and how often we needed to change the filter in the new unit. They were even early getting here. 10/10 would recommend
