Shaun did a fantastic job replacing the boot seal on my front load washer. He went above and beyond to clean the internal parts of the washer and even fixed an overhead light in my laundry room that wasn’t part of the job. Highly recommend ALAS Appliance repair!

Disappointed that 6 year old washer was too expensive to repair but 11 year old dryer was repaired with one inexpensive part. Technician spent 3.5 hours working on the appliances.

Excellent service, from the scheduling to the job, repair of washing machine. Kevin Bashir was professional, competent, as well as his helper. I highly recommend this company. I appreciate that the scheduling was done through a human being and not AI or digital.
