Integrity apparently in name only. They did some work for me about 4 years ago on a garage and come to find out never closed the permit out. I called them to see if they could help get it closed out since I can't do electric by myself, took multiple calls but talked to someone who said they would "check on it and get back to me". Never heard back, called multiple times after that including the owner's cell phone and never hear a word from them.

In response to the note below, I needed an electrician so I could close out the open electrical permit. You wouldn’t even return my calls and you did the work incorrectly so I had to get another electrician to help me.

They replaced my Federal Pacific panel...great job! They had the best quote by far from the 3 that I received. Glad I went with these guys, very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Hired Integrity Electric as part of remodel. Ended up very expensive. Most replaced light switches were not installed level, or did not fit squarely on the wall. The ceiling fan had to be re-hung, repair person said it was nearly fell down. Now many of the cheap items that Integrity purchased and installed are now breaking. Originally we just wanted them to be out. Advise, purchase your own products, and do not accept less than a quality job.

Bill and his team of electricians have done a great job for our house and several of my friends. So far we have had him install new switches, whole house surge protector, and a few other jobs. He is the best electrician in Allen, TX! (He has helped my friends in Plano and surrounding Dallas cities too) Can't say enough good stuff about them!

Relocated our breaker panel and replaced meter box on the outside of our home. Work was done on time as quoted. Very professional team and kept inside and outside of home clean during installation.
Highly recommend them to family and friends.

Surprised by the difficulty I had working with Integrity Electric. After 15 minutes, the service tech determined he could not finish the work in one service call. Their office billed me for the full amount before the remaining work could be completed. It took several calls, photos and emails to get them to understand the work was not done. Simply do not understand the way they do business and glad to have found another electrician.

In response to the owner’s note below, the amount I finally paid Integrity reflected the small amount of worked they actually performed. Suggest you look elsewhere for an electrician. Too difficult to do business with.

Chris and John were the best. They were thorough and very professional; nice too. Did a great job putting in new outside LED up lights fixing switch and fixing patio lights. Very dependable. Highly recommend.

Chris Morgan and his assistant (A nice man who I believe is named Juan) came out and fixed all of our electrical problems. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and nice. That's what is so great about McBride Electric. They have great people working for them!

I could not be happier with the Service from McBride Electric.Mr Morgan and assistant John came out to install my Ring Door Bell but I had trouble downloading the App. They both patiently tried to help me . They were very patient and professional with me. After I later downloaded the app,, a week later , they returned and were able to install the Ring and backyard camera. I also asked about a outdoor outlet I was concerned about and they made the time to install a new one. CUSTOMER SERVICE A ++ is what I experienced from McBride. including the Dispatch Ladies who worked with my schedule.

I called and was scheduled quickly with Chris. He was very kind to our family and was willing to work with our needs given the fact that our house is old and had many DIY fails and damage from neglect. He installed new smoke and CO detectors which are now hard-wired and up to code. He covered some old flood light ports that were a risk and he installed new outlets on the patio ceiling and installed our outdoor fans that we bought, which have been an amazing addition to our outdoor area. He also put a box on some old wires that were capped but exposed.

The price was reasonable and we paid for the preferred customer plan which not only saved us money, it helped us to establish a working relationship with a trusted source we can rely on again and again. Chris did a complete inspection and gave us a full report of what work we could do to improve the safety of our home. He made a wish list for us and we were able to decide what work we wanted to prioritize with no pressure. He worked hard and did a complete clean up.

Overall we had a very pleasant experience and I look forward to getting more work done as soon as it is possible for us to do so.

My family was cut-off and road-raged by one their drivers at an intersection, then they proceeded to try and cause an accident. If that’s how they treat people, imagine what kind of work they do! We will be filing a police report.

McBride is who I use for our 100,000sf facility that I care for. Ron is our regular technician. Ron explains everything thoroughly and makes sure we know the extent of everything he’s doing. He also gives us the cautions and possibilities so that we can build game plans for each project. Overall, Ron keeps the serious stuff serious, and the not so serious stuff, we can work through. It’s great. I highly recommend Ron and McBride Electric for your industrial facilities needs!

We chose to replace a recently identified major electrical and fire hazard, at our home built in the mid-eighties, as a planned event as soon as possible last fall.
The Federal-Pacific Stab-Loc 200A Load Center main electrical distribution system panel for our home was more than obsolete, and we wanted to also bring our system up to 2020 NEC Electrical Code requirements, including grounding, whole house surge protection, and emergency services shut off capability as part of our home safety systems projects.
We also wanted in to upgrade to new AFCI breakers where possible, update some aged GFCI receptacles and replace several standard receptacles.
We needed and updated 'panel schedule' to reference all appliances, lights and plugs power source breakers in the cabinet accurately too.
To make a long story short, the bids I got were all over the mat and not consistent or detailed until I finally called McBride Electric who quoted us accurately with detailed and cost that made sense - so glad we went with them.
Chris and John, with coordination of Oncor Power and the cooperation of the City of Murphy Inspector, cut our power in the morning of December 14, 2021, replaced and cut in our new panel and several other major upgrade components of the system, and had power on for us again in the evening before the sun went down,
It was / they were very impressive, to say the least.
They cleaned up and close out in good order with follow-up on all details the next day like the professionals.
We got what we paid for, and paid for what we got - don't go cheap on work this important - use experienced professionals and subject matter experts for work this serious!
