Nour is by far one of the best and most trustworthy people I’ve come across in years, never over charges and the work he does is absolutely phenomenal, if you’re looking for a person who knows their stuff, then he’s your guy!

Found this company through Thumbtack and while Nour did a good job when I was asked to review him saying this I also stated their pricing was a bit expensive for little over an hour of work.

I received this response.

“To clarify, we do charge an hourly rate, but there is a minimum of 4 hours per job, as this allows us to cover travel, setup, and ensure quality service. Additionally, we charged you less than the standard rate for each installation and repair item, offering a competitive and fair pricing structure”

I was never told of the 4 hour minimum. He did charge me less on one item but not all 3 as his response suggests. 2 were at the standard rate and I one was not. Basically I was charged 2 hours and 40 minutes for work that took 1 hour and 15 minutes. In my opinion this is charging based on task not per hour.

Can’t give someone a 5 when you are told one thing over the phone, something different in person and something different in writing.

Sadly won’t be using him again although his work was good.
