About the business:
In 1977, we started out picking up garage door repair jobs using word-of-mouth out of our dining room in our home in Plano.
In 1984 we placed our first ads in the phone book. Within three months of placing the ad, we hired our first employee outside of the family.
In the mid 1990s we created an electronic database to keep track of our growing customer base and warranty information.
In 1997 we created our first website and in 2009 we began digital marketing for the first time.
In 2010 we opened our showroom on Highway 75 in Plano and have been there ever since.
In 2014 we transitioned from paper invoices to electronic scheduling.
In 2024 we purchased a permanent warehouse to house our growing inventory and fleet.
Our family will continue to take our company to heights we never thought possible while maintaining the integrity, ethics, and values that have always been the backbone of our company.
