We had a flooding bathroom upstairs and could not decide to which contractor we should entrust the project. We picked up Home Platinum Services because of their good reviews and because of the confidence we felt about Nima after we talked to him. Well, we were not disappointed.
Nima was very attentive to our questions and concerns, gave his professional opinions and suggestions while not pushy. The crews were polite and efficient, progresses were right on schedules. We were so delighted with the new bathroom that later we hired Nima's team for gutter and floor refinishing around the house. Overall we are happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the jobs and would use Home Platinum Services again in the future should need arises.

We had an Excellent experience with Home Platinum Services (and its owner Nima Niazi) to update our recently acquired home in Allen, Texas. The project proposal process was straightforward, thorough and reasonably priced. They also accommodated several reasonably priced change orders during the project. Nima’s experience with custom home construction and remodeling is extensive and he offered invaluable advice on options/selections during the project. Home Platinum Services had well-trained staff/sub-contractors that were professional & prompt, and used quality products. We trust Home Platinum Services and we definitely plan to use them in the future.

We are in the early days of enjoying our brand new kitchen, and are incredibly happy with the results. Our kitchen was rebuilt from the ground up. We’ve been planning it for the last five years, Nima finally made it happen. I was really scared to start this project because I've heard so many contractor nightmare stories. We are thrilled with the results. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing. And most importantly, Nima finished the project in 6 weeks when we thought it would take 3 months!!
The other thing that I really love about Nima is that he is incredibly responsive via text, calls, emails. He handles everything without involving you! I never really had to ask any questions because I could tell the work was moving fast every day. And most importantly, when he does reach out with a specific question, of if an unexpected construction issues comes up, he doesn’t just call with a problem. He calls after he has done the research, contemplated options, and advises you on the best choice. No stress!
It was a really awesome working relationship, and we had just great experience.
Even as we are tying up a few touch ups after the project has wrapped up, he and his team has still been incredibly positive and responsive in addressing any open items on a timely basis.
I can't speak enough about Nima’s ability to really orchestrate his team to produce excellent work and on time.
So if you are looking for a general contractor and you care about your time, you care about the quality, and you want to make sure that there's no surprises, and you're not wanting to turn a six month project to a three year project, Nima is definitely your guy!

We contracted Home Platinum Services for a large restoration project after our home suffered damage from a winter freeze. The project involved the entire first floor of our house including flooring, cabinets throughout and bathrooms. The project was delivered on time and with high quality. We can say without a doubt that the kind of attention and responsiveness that Nima and his team provide is top class. The professionalism and respect with which they treat the customers is second to none. Nima took the time to provide his guidance on many topics even outside the scope of the project. He is always approachable and puts you at ease with his friendly personality. At the end of the project, we had our home restored to a high standard and are very glad with our choice of the contractor.

I’ve used Home Platinum services twice now and they were great to work with. They recently redid my master bathroom and did a fantastic job. They did most of the major work in less than 4 weeks and were there almost everyday working. Nima was easy to work with and was always available for questions and help. Home Platinum Services just completed a master bathroom remodel. I am very pleased with the results. Nima and his team are professional, efficient and respectful of the home owner. You can tell that Nima and his team have worked together for a long time. Job was completed within timeline promised. Upon completion, everything was cleaned up and left in pristine condition.

We highly recommend Home Platinum Services! Our compliments to Nima and his crews for all the work they did. We completely gutted a 1970s bathroom, to include removing a half wall and cave-like shower and turned it into an elegant, modern bathroom. We gave them an almost-impossible timeline of two weeks (before Christmas!) and they delivered. All the subcontractors were very professional and timely. Nima checked on the project daily to ensure it was up to his and our standards. Really a superior job!

Nima and his crew did a wonderful job building cabinets in our closets and living room. The final results exceeded our expectations for sure. The cabinet maker-Victor, and painter-Hector, were consummate professionals, and we were really impressed with Victor's craftsmanship and attention to detail. I also want to thank Salim for monitoring the work every day, troubleshooting problems and keeping the work on schedule. If you need home remodeling, we can't recommend Nima and his crew highly enough.

Nima is very honest and responsible person. I had week long project at my home and they did a fantastic work. They were on time and adjusted last minute additions..And my new door looks exactly how I wanted to see.

My wife and I would highly recommend him and plan to work with him on all future projects. Nima is professional, thoughtful, responsive, and delivers a great end product. He takes great pride in his work and you can feel confident that the work will be done right. I am very particular and in the details so when I say Nima and his team do great work, I mean everything, down to the smallest details are done to perfection. If there was ever something that we wanted changed, they addressed it right away. We also found Nima's design advice to be very helpful. In our project, Nima built us a new full bathroom from what was a pocket office and closet, built a new iron railing, custom iron office door, finished three unfinished closets, painted our kitchen island as well as many walls and baseboards.

Overall, we had a great experience and love the work.

We chose Home Platinum Services over 2 other bids primarily because Nima clearly has control and accountability over his team. He was up front and very professional in every aspect of our home project. We wanted to convert an unused dining room into our new home office, and wow what a remarkable difference. The main reason I am providing HPS with a 5 star review is the amount of communication from Nima and his team. There were no “missed calls not returned” or anything like that. Nima was always available for questions / changes and anything else. There was zero worry about them not showing up, taking money and running, etc. Nima ensured total satisfaction prior to “completing the job”. I cannot speak to bathroom or kitchen projects, but check out our photos for how well they upgraded our home following what we were looking for. They are not “cheap” but their pricing is in line with other vendors for similar projects. It is a you get what you pay for story. If you are hesitant about bringing a contractor into your home, do consider this company.

Update: 2024 We had such confidence in Nima and his crews that we had him do our owner’s bathroom remodel and our fireplace mantel refresh. All the different crews, David, Jose, Antonio, Luis, did such clean and quality work! It took me four months to write this review because we’ve just been enjoying our new rooms!

Ours was a complete update of our old small shower and removal of old unused Jacuzzi (dog bath) tub. Now we have fresh new lighting, a standalone tub and a shower with amazing water pressure!

Our mantel project removed an old electric ignition gas fireplace and removed the old style mantel to install a linear fireplace and wall mounted TV. Makes our family room completely new!

Nima and his crews did a great job on our bathroom remodel project! We wanted to update a smaller guest bathroom from a tub to a walk in shower and newer fixtures. On time, great communication, professional, and polite crews. They made sure the work was done on time and were so good about cleaning. The bathroom looks brand new, but appropriate to our home. Very happy with the project. Will be using Nima in the future.

This was our third time working with Nima. He has always come through for us. This time our house had a flooding problem which resulted in quite extensive damage. Nima and his crew did an excellent job with our kitchen and floor remodelling. They were caring, attentive, reliable and knowledgeable. A few months ago, my wife and I decided that we were finally ready to remodel our kitchen. We did a Google search to find a remodeling company and chose Home Platinum Services because of its stellar reviews. Now that Nima and his team have completed the job, we are happily writing our own stellar review. Our new kitchen looks even more beautiful than we had imagined it would! We are happy not only with the final product, but also with the process. Nima was a pleasure to work with. He was always extremely professional, unflappable, and accommodating. We had originally scheduled the remodel for June, but then in early May we asked Nima if he could move everything forwards by a couple of weeks. He was able to make that happen. While his team was doing the remodel, we kept making small changes to the original plan, and Nima never showed any signs of impatience. We are planning to do some more remodeling soon, and we will definitely be asking Nima and crew to do the work for us.

Home Platinum Services has done a great job building the walk-in shower for us. We did not negotiate the price as the quality, timely finish and being able to pull permit and pass city inspection of the shower pan are much more important than optimizing the price as we were selling the house.
Nima stays on top of the project and is very experienced with the shower remodeling projects. He also retains a great team of people working for him. Everything was clean and tidy and no touch up work was needed and no tiles on the other side of the wall were broken.
Nima is super confident about his ability and team but may appear to be less patient at the beginning to new prospective clients due to limited bandwidth. We had relocated out of the State when selling the house and I had to flew to Texas to interview about 10 contractors for this project within 2 days. I just don’t take people’s word (especially those who I have never worked with) without understanding the details nor put down the important items in writing. The good thing is I have very low ego and Nima steps up the effort to put important things to me in writing. I am glad things worked out well.
I would highly recommend Nima’s Home Platinum Services. In the meantime, I would also suggest the customers to exercise your right to ask questions and select the tiles and styles you like.

When we bought our home in Plano, we had requested estimates from 5 different general contractors. Immediately, we chose Home Platinum Services, because they adequately assessed our home for comparable pricing, they were timely in providing the quote, and the owner, Nima, was quickly responsive via text or email at all times (a rarity among contractors). Our job was not an easy one - total renovation of flooring, kitchen, all bathrooms, paint, and plumbing. Nima and his crew were efficient, professional, and clean. They were detail-oriented and respectful of our space. Corrections and touch-ups were met with a quick response, rather than excuses or delays. Nima came to the house every day during the extensive work periods to review the work with the crew. He even helped to adjust to our schedules, and we were able to get work done on some weekends, even around the holidays. He helps make stylish recommendations when asked for his opinion, and even after the work was completed, he helps to provide us with references for other services we may need around the house. We would definitely use Home Platinum Services again.
