Called and left a voicemail seeking some work to be performed. Did not receive a call back for over a week. Finally got the service scheduled only to have my appointment cancelled with no possibility to re-schedule due to an “emergency” just days before the scheduled service. All while they knew I was preparing to list my home for sale and timing was extremely important to me. Look elsewhere.

Ted came to our house to do some in depth repairs , he was neat, courteous & thorough. Looking forward to having Ted back to our house in the future. Plano Texas Handyman is a great find!!

Terrible customer service, my wife and I requested a quote on some fiber optic work to be done in our movie room. Quoted us $3400 but was unable to show us any visuals of what we were potentially paying for, told me that he has never taken any pictures of his work so he wouldn’t be able to show us what it would look like, who offers a service but is unable to give you an example of the service? After I explained to him we didn’t feel comfortable going into the project blind and requested maybe he get some pictures from a previous job he has done, he became upset and told me to find somebody else. Explained to him that we still wanted the service just wanted to see what it would look like since it’s going in our home, once again he was extremely rude and told me to find somebody else to do the job. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!!!

I called Ted to have him come install a garbage disposal for us. He was very friendly, on time for his appointment, and finished the entire job in under 30 minutes. I will definitely be keeping his card to refer him to any friends or family that need any handy-man work done around the house. Thanks again, Ted!

Ted is the best handyman in dallas area. He understand the needs of household repairs and fix it with an ease. I would definitely recommend to others who are looking him to hire. Ted always charges very reasonable prices.

Ted was amazing! It's my first summer here in Texas with a house and not only did Ted come and install an irrigation hose system for me quickly and at a great cost, he also took the time to explain the system, the soil, how the foundation is effected etc to me in a way I understood. He also went the extra step to fix my door which wouldn't open/close properly even though it didn't have to do with the foundation, it was just swelling from the humidity. I would and WILL recommend Ted and Plano Texas Handyman to all my friends and colleagues and will certainly be calling Ted in the future will my handyman needs.

Olek is outstanding. He arrived on time, explained how he would evaluate the problem, did the evaluation, explained it to me in a way I understood, then repaired the problem. Olek carefully removed tile, repaired the leak, cleaned and reused the tile, as there were no extras, and sealed the grout & cleaned up. Olek did a great job. He is VERY professional and a credit to Hank’s Handyman.

Olek is fantastic. His customer service is 5 star and he is very personable. He did every job we had beyond our expectations including on putting up our baby gates, mounting our tv’s, and setting up gates for our dogs. He explained everything in detail and was very meticulous with his work. We will be requesting him for all of our handyman needs in the future.

Brian and his brother hung a quilt hanger and the quilt up on a wall of our house about 15 feet high. They did an excellent job centering it and attaching it to the wall. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Agustin from Hank’s Handyman Services was amazing. He was very efficient, had a great attitude, and most importantly did excellent work with our crown moulding. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

John was very punctual, knowledge and was able to present a vast array of skills while listing options for all of the to-do items I presented. It was great working with a company that shows the upmost attention to terrific customer service.

Cecil was prompt, well groomed, and courteous. He was responsive to My comments. His level of knowledge and ability to verbalize It was impressive. the price range was not affordable for me or I would’ve definitely gone with the services.

Booked dryer vent inspection and cleaning. Etan Alvarez arrived timely and with great service. He is personable, knowledgable and he informed me along the way of his findings. He provided pictures and solutions. I’m very satisfied with this experience and will choose Hanks Handyman in the near future for other services.

I was lucky enough to catch them on a day with a cancelation, and Hank's (Jamison was the lead tech) showed up just a few hours after I called. They put together a couple of pieces of furniture for me fairly quickly. Everything worked great and looked great.

Jamison at Hank’s Handyman was excellent!! We had a couple projects and he was able to come and quote them and get immediately get started. He and Elijah were quick and finished the jobs same day. They were incredibly kind and cleaned up behind themselves at each location. Will request them both again!! Thank you!!

Hanks had someone out in two days to do a couple small tasks I couldn’t do myself. In that time I found a few more things, and Jamison had a couple suggestions from his inspection that I hadn’t considered. I figured we’d have to make another appointment to accommodate the additional work, but Jamison & Hanks did it all same day, including running to get some things needed for the jobs that I didn’t have on hand. Jamison worked hard all day and got them all done, and did a thorough job. I’ll definitely hire Hanks & Jamison again!

Big Thank you to Christian who came out and took care of a weather stripping issue I had. He was thorough about the process from start to finish and very knowledgeable in his role. I would most definitely recommend this company and I will be happy to continue doing business with them in the future.

I will say I found the price to be shocking to replace a door that had been kicked in by robbers. I was worried about the security of my home and felt I couldn’t take the time to shop around given the situation. I later learned you can get a door and have someone install it for $900 through Home Depot (less than half of what I was charged). That said Joseph who came and did all the work was great and I’m very happy with his work! The company’s pricing which the handymen don’t control was the only disappointment.

Agustin was polite and informative. He is a very skilled wallpaper artist. The wall looks beautiful!

Cecil is a great technician. He was on time for the appointment and was very informative and knowledgeable about his job. He is a very humble and respectful person who takes pride in his work……Hank’s is truly blessed to have a technician like him.
